Attorney Lynette Silon-Laguna founded in 1997 what is now known as All Family Law Group, P.A., a family law firm serving Tampa Bay with offices locations throughout Tampa Bay. The law firm practice encompasses a wide spectrum of family law matters, including, but not limited to, divorce, paternity, child support, child custody, post judgment modifications, stepparent adoption, relative adoption, name change and domestic violence, as well as criminal defense. Ms. Silon-Laguna graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. While in school, she was awarded Founder’s Day Honors and a Certificate for Outstanding Achievement and was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where she graduated With Honors. Since October 1995, Ms. Silon-Laguna is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Heidi Silton is a partner in the firm’s antitrust department and practices primarily in complex business litigation. Heidi represents mainly small and mid-sized businesses in complex litigation involving other businesses and litigates in Minnesota and throughout the United States. She and the firm are regularly appointed lead and co-lead plaintiffs’ class counsel by courts in nationwide antitrust litigation. For the past several years, Heidi has been named one of Minnesota’s top 50 women lawyers, and top 100 lawyers, by a peer review list of leading Minnesota Lawyers. She currently serves as the President of The Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL) and as an Advisory Board member of the American Antitrust Institute (AAI) and is the current chair of AAI’s Private Enforcement Awards Judging Committee. She also serves as Vice-Chair to the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section Membership and Diversity Committee and as an advisor to the American Bar Association’s Global Private Litigation Committee. Heidi is a past chair and emeritus of the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section. In addition to her litigation practice, she is a member of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice’s Membership and Engagement Committee and a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Heidi believes in the value of mentorship and works to mentor other attorneys both inside and outside her firm. An active volunteer in her community, Heidi serves on the board of Arete Academy and on the board of Reader/Writer where she is also a writing coach for 8th graders. Heidi has also co-chaired galas to support the Sanneh Foundation, the American Diabetes Association, and Second Harvest.

Ed Silva is a founding member of Hartzog & Silva, with more than forty-five years of experience in trial advocacy. He represents clients in family law matters and personal injury cases throughout Tennessee, before Circuit and Chancery Courts, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court, and United States District Courts. He has been recognized by his peers as one of the state’s most respected family law attorneys, as well as for his work in civil mediation. Randi J. Silverman has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 1987. Originally from Pittsburgh, she moved to the Johnstown area in 1990. Today, she focuses her practice on the many areas of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
