Born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Ross attended Elon University for his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. During his time at Elon, Ross served as a volunteer firefighter with the Town of Elon fire Department, where he was awarded “Student of the Year”. He continued his education at Elon University School of Law in Greensboro. Upon graduating and passing the bar exam, he accepted a position with The Bradley Law Group. Initially, he focused on personal injury law, but was quickly drawn to workers’ compensation law. In 2017, he became the Workers’ Compensation division leader. Some of Ross’ favorite cases combine issues of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. After 12 successful years at The Bradley Law Group, Ross started Ross Law to continue to serve his clients and community. He is dedicated to helping injured workers receive the benefits, compensation, and medical treatment they deserve.

In May 2019, Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Mississippi State University where he graduated summa cum laude. During his tenure at Mississippi State, Jack was a member of the TVA Investment Team and received the Leadership Award from the Mississippi Young Banker’s Association, an annual award given to the top Junior Banking and Finance student in the state. Before enrolling in law school, Jack completed internships with a Fortune 500 company, boutique investment bank, and national public accounting firm. In May 2022, Jack received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating in the top 5% of his class. During his tenure at Ole Miss, Jack was elected chair of the law school’s Moot Court Board and won the Fall 2020 Internal Moot Court competition. He also served as a member of the Mississippi Law Journal. After an interview process during his first year, Jack was selected as a Business Law Fellow. Jack later received the ABOTA Foundation Tom Mason Professional Leadership Award which is awarded annually to a student who best exemplifies and demonstrates the attributes of a leader in the legal profession. Since joining Langston & Lott, Jack has been active in personal injury and civil litigation.
