Tiffany Starr practices primarily Marital and Family Law, including pre-marital and post-marital agreements, dissolution of marriage, child support and alimony, paternity, and post-dissolution of marriage issues. Ms. Starr has been a resident of Vero Beach since 1989 and is involved with several different community organizations, including Indian River County Impact 100, Children’s Home Society and Hibiscus Children’s Center Foundation. Ms. Starr is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of University of Central Florida and received her J.D. from University of Florida.

Gregory Stathis has been licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey since 1988. He is a partner at the law firm of Stathis & Leonardis. Mr. Stathis has over 25 years of experience handling personal injury matters, including workers’ compensation cases. He practices in both State and Federal Courts. He has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements for injured clients. In addition to handling personal injury matters, he regularly appears in workers’ compensation courts and represents clients in municipal courts and criminal matters throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Stathis has appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court on issues related to work injuries. He is a member and Vice President on the NJ Advisory Council of Safety and Health (COSH). Mr. Stathis is also a member of the American, New Jersey, and Middlesex County Bar Associations.

Roger has tried more than 100 cases to verdict in state and federal courts, many of which were high-profile, complex, multi-defendant cases. Mr. Stavis has also argued more than 100 appeals in various state and federal courts around the country. But perhaps more important are the many companies and individuals he has represented who were never charged. Mr. Stavis is often called upon to represent companies and individuals in internal investigations as well as investigations commenced by state and federal prosecutors and regulatory agencies.
