Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, Attorney Brandon S. Bradley Thoreson is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s Seattle office and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Thoreson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of disputes. During his 30 years of practice, Mr. Thoreson has successfully tried more than 40 cases to verdict, both in state and federal courts. He has handled a wide variety of disputes, involving high-stakes jury and non-jury litigation including ‘bet-the-company’ litigation, securities fraud, troubled investments, complex contract disputes, and real estate and construction matters. Elizabeth Thornsbury is a Partner at the firm Mehr Fairbanks Trial Lawyers in Lexington, Kentucky. She has practiced law with Mehr Fairbanks since 2014.
