Darrylnn started in the real estate industry in 1999 as an assistant to top agents and brokers in Louisiana. Darrylnn left her hometown, New Orleans, to complete her undergraduate degree at Georgia State University in Atlanta where she graduated at the top of her class with a double-major in Political Science and Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies. She continued her education at the Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Darrylnn was an intern at a top real estate settlement firm where she found her passion as a settlement agent. Darrylnn has managed hundreds of settlements from pre-processing to post-closing, completed document preparation, and conducted title searches to produce title abstracts all while delivering quality service to her clients. After graduating law school, Darrylnn relocated to Washington, DC where she worked as a settlement officer for a local top firm. Darrylnn’s goal is to help individuals understand the sometimes-complex closing process. She is detailed oriented and thorough which allows her to offer a refined approach to everyone she comes in contact with. Darrylnn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and helping others.
