Harvey was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (finance) in 1968 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona in 1971. While attending U of A, Harvey participated in the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance program, Law Student Civil Rights Research Council and was a staff writer for the Arizona Advocate. A substantial portion of Harvey’s practice is dedicated to representing clients in all aspects of family law. He also has vast experience representing individuals and entities in a wide variety of transactional and civil litigation matters. In 2007, Harvey was appointed as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court Family Law Division. He presides over court hearings and conducts settlement conferences.

Tiffany Brown is a Partner at Blanchard, Krasner & French and has more than two decades of experience in Family & Criminal Law in San Diego. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist. As a child of divorce, Tiffany is uniquely sensitive to clients’ emotional experiences and how to move through them. She skillfully uncovers the “real” issues that need to be addressed to permanently to resolve cases. Through grounded and practical guidance, along with a deep passion and solid knowledge of the law, she establishes realistic expectations to help her clients thrive. Tiffany sits on the Board of Directors for the National Council or Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) to make real change on a National level. While being an active member of NCJFCJ, Tiffany sits on multiple committees including the Legislative Committee, Curriculum Committee, and Family Domestic Violence Advisory Committee. Most recently Tiffany has partnered with The Children’s Law Center to give children a voice.

Karen Brown Williams is the founder and principal of The Williams Firm, P.C., an Atlanta?based family law and probate firm. She has practiced law for more than 30 years, with over 20 years of concentrated experience in divorce, child custody, and probate litigation. Ms. Williams graduated from Howard University and Emory University School of Law and completed graduate work at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. A former staff attorney to both trial and appellate judges, public defender, prosecutor, and magistrate court judge, she brings a well?rounded perspective to complex family and estate matters. Ms. Williams has served on the Executive Committee and Investigative Panel of the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law Section and remains active in professional and community organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and other art forms, reading, writing, hiking, and travel.

Lori Armstrong Browning was raised in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Family Science. Lori received her J.D. in 2005 from California Western School of Law, located in San Diego, California. Lori was admitted to practice law in California in state and federal courts in 2005. Lori practiced in the area of family law in San Diego from 2005 – 2012. While practicing in San Diego, Lori was actively involved in the San Diego County Bar Association. She sat as the Family Law Co-Chair for the years of 2011 – 2012. Lori was admitted to practice law in the State of Nebraska in 2012. Lori’s practice areas include Family Law, School Law, Workers Compensation and General Litigation.
