Harvey was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (finance) in 1968 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona in 1971. While attending U of A, Harvey participated in the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance program, Law Student Civil Rights Research Council and was a staff writer for the Arizona Advocate. A substantial portion of Harvey’s practice is dedicated to representing clients in all aspects of family law. He also has vast experience representing individuals and entities in a wide variety of transactional and civil litigation matters. In 2007, Harvey was appointed as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court Family Law Division. He presides over court hearings and conducts settlement conferences.

Karen Brown Williams is the founder and principal of The Williams Firm, P.C., an Atlanta?based family law and probate firm. She has practiced law for more than 30 years, with over 20 years of concentrated experience in divorce, child custody, and probate litigation. Ms. Williams graduated from Howard University and Emory University School of Law and completed graduate work at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. A former staff attorney to both trial and appellate judges, public defender, prosecutor, and magistrate court judge, she brings a well?rounded perspective to complex family and estate matters.
