David L. Bonham spent his formative years in Texas and graduated from the University of Texas. Mr. Bonham attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated, with honors, in 1997. While in law school, Mr. Bonham earned several academic awards and honors, and served as President of the University of Miami School of Law Moot Court Board from 1996-1997. After graduating from law school, Mr. Bonham worked as a Case Manager in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida in and for Miami-Dade County. As a Case Manager, Mr. Bonham assisted the Honorable Judith Kreeger and the Honorable Arthur Taylor in managing their caseloads while gaining valuable insight into the judicial process. Following his work with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Mr. Bonham accepted a position with Maurice J. Kutner & Associates, P.A. in Miami, Florida. Mr. Bonham had the privilege of working with Mr. Kutner for three years, where his practice was focused exclusively on marital and family law matters for very high net worth individuals. Mr. Bonham subsequently took a position at Akerman Senterfitt, a Florida law firm with more than 400 attorneys statewide. At Akerman Senterfitt, Mr. Bonham worked closely with Richard C. Milstein, Esquire, and David Carlisle, Esquire, assisting them with their probate and guardianship cases while also managing his own family law caseload. After four years at Akerman Senterfitt, Mr. Bonham accepted a position with Rutherford Mulhall, P.A., a mid-sized, full service law firm with offices in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. At Rutherford Mulhall, Mr. Bonham continued to handle his own litigation caseload and assisted John T. Mulhall, III, Esquire, in his family law and appellate practices. After three years at Rutherford Mulhall, P.A., Mr. Bonham decided to open his own practice, with offices in Miami, Weston and Boca Raton. Ms. Boyd was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She attended Georgia State University where she studied the Legal Issues Track in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She then attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School where she became an active member of the Student Bar Association (SBA), Black Law Student Association (BLSA), Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL), Criminal Law Society, and Family Law Society. Ms. Boyd graduated in the top sector of her class at both Georgia State University and Atlanta’s John Marshall before taking and passing the Georgia Bar Exam.  Ms. Boyd has worked through cases dealing with divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, equitable division of assets, legitimations, paternity, modification, contempt, and family violence. Ms. Boyd has also worked with multiple government agencies, including, but not limited to Fulton County Pretrial Services, has volunteered for multiple non-profit organizations, and has experience in public speaking. She has mediation training as approved by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has proven herself to be prepared for negotiations or courtroom appearances.  Ms. Boyd is a fully equipped litigator. She approaches each one of her cases with an open mind, tailoring her strategy to fit the needs of each individual client. Ms. Boyd specializes in advocacy and customer service, providing clients with legal advice and support during the most difficult times of their life.
