Aimee Melton graduated from Creighton University School of Law and was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Commission in 2004. Aimee is a founding partner of Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P. and a valued member of the firm. After Aimee was admitted to the bar, she began working as a prosecutor in Douglas County and is an experienced trial attorney. Aimee has tried over 150 bench and jury trials in her career. She uses her experience to represent her client’s interests and aggressively handles each case. At Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P., Aimee concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, modifications, contempt actions, grandparent rights, and domestic violence protection orders. She also devotes a significant part of her practice to probate matters, wills, trusts and estate planning. Aimee is a certified Family Law Mediator. Aimee has successfully argued numerous cases in front of the Nebraska Court of Appeals and Nebraska Supreme Court. Travis is an Arizona attorney who offers significant experience and strives to provide highly effective representation while efficiently managing costs. He is tireless in his dedication and resolve to seek justice for each of his clients. Travis was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada where he spent his entire childhood and college years. After graduating from UNLV, where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Business Law, he continued his education in Arizona obtaining his law degree from Arizona Summit Law School. From 2014 to 2019, Travis was employed as outside counsel for large insurance companies and businesses in Nevada and Arizona. During this time, he successfully defended many personal injury and negligence claims. The experience defending the insured provided him with a unique perspective on how insurance companies defend and evaluate claims. After defending the insurance companies for five years, Travis decided to utilize these skills to help people injured by others’ negligence to ensure the best result in light of their injuries. Caren J. Menahem is a licensed attorney in New Jersey, Washington D.C. and Connecticut. Ms. Menahem holds an undergraduate degree from S.I. New House School of Public Communications in Syracuse, New York and she has earned her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. She has experience working in the television broadcast arena, media advertising creative departments and has prior Corporate Law experience.

Lisa is also known for her aggressive defense of her clients as well as her knowledge of the law and how it pertains to their situation. She advocates for the rights and well-being of her clients and that of their children and the elderly. She has a reputation for being a very fair negotiator and communicator with other lawyers and judges, which streamlines and expedites the process. Lisa has written multiple articles for the Contra Costa Lawyer Magazine. She is a member of the Robert G. McGrath Inn of Court. Lisa advocates for proposed legislation and new laws as a member of the Contra Costa County Delegation of the California Conference of Bar Associations.

Frank Menendez is a Pinellas County native and grew up in beautiful Belleair Beach, Florida. The son of a Cuban immigrant M.D., Frank was raised speaking Spanish in a bilingual household and embraces the rich Cuban heritage of the Tampa Bay area. Frank was inspired to become an attorney by his two siblings, both Florida Bar licensed attorneys practicing in the state today. Frank began his career handling auto accident and slip and fall injury cases in Treasure Island, Florida. There, Frank earned valuable experience defending the interests of injured parties against insurance companies, from initial case management through litigation. Frank was proud to join Christopher Ligori and Associates in 2018 as an associate in the property and casualty division.
