Jonathane Ricci honed his legal acumen at the Detroit College of Law, now known as Michigan State University College of Law, concentrating on taxation to assist individuals and businesses in tax optimizing their personal and business ventures. His quest for deeper knowledge in taxation led him to Georgetown University Law Centre in Washington D.C., where he obtained an LLM, specializing in international taxation. Charles has been a member of Rottenberg Lipman Rich since March 2002. He devotes his practice to all aspects of commercial and high-end residential real estate, financing, cooperative and condominium law and general business transactional work. He represents both institutional clients and private individuals and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate practice, including sales and acquisitions of commercial properties, drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and related agreements, negotiation of joint venture agreements and construction and development agreements. He also represents New York cooperatives and condominium boards in various capacities and presently serves on the Board of Managers of his own downtown condominium building.

Archie L. Rich II is the founding partner of The Rich Firm, PC and is responsible for the firm’s management. Mr. Rich is an experienced litigation attorney with over 15 years’ experience in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. In addition to an extensive background in tort litigation, Mr. Rich’s professional experience includes substantial work in international business development and telecommunications.

David is a Partner and leads the firm’s New York Office. His practice for the past 25 years has concentrated on litigation and arbitration matters for the securities industry. He has represented broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and investment banking firms, and their principals and representatives in a broad variety of matters nationwide, including disputes alleging unsuitability, unauthorized trading, fraud, market manipulation, blue-sky violations, as well as a wide variety of employment matters, including litigation and arbitration over allegations of gender, race, and age discrimination and compensation and “raiding” cases. David represents clients in regulatory matters before the SEC, FINRA and state regulators. David also frequently represents clients in the state and federal trial and appellate courts in commercial disputes, including employment, real estate and trusts and estates matters. David has served as a FINRA Industry Arbitrator and a New York City Civil Court Arbitrator. David is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. David was previously a Partner in the Litigation Department of Blank Rome, where he had also been Associate. Prior to that, David had been an Associate at Skadden Arps. David received his law degree from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 1985.

Mark Richard is a founding partner of the firm. For more than 30 years, he has dedicated his career to union workers, handling strategic and corporate campaigns as well as NLRB, PERC and arbitration proceedings. He became involved with the labor movement in 1975, when he took his first labor union position as the South Florida Boycott Organizing Director for Cesar Chavez’s United Farm Workers of America (“UFW”). In that capacity, coordinated the grape and lettuce boycott in South Florida. Mark Richard’s legal career is dedicated to representing solely labor unions. He has been involved in public and private sector organizing, bargaining, and coalition building for over three decades. He has been involved in negotiating over more than 250 collective bargaining agreements in both the public and private sector. These include contracts for state and local government employees, teachers and paraprofessionals, college professors, attending and resident physicians, nurses, social workers, fire and public safety professionals, aviation employees, and multiple other AFT units. Additionally, he was involved in bargaining over the contract for the first unionized charter school in Florida. Mr. Richard has also conducted strategic contract campaigns for many unions including TWU Local 556 (Southwest Airlines flight attendants), APFA (American Airlines flight attendants), IFPTE (United Airlines engineers), PFAA (Northwest flight attendants) and TWU Local 553 (Eastern Airlines flight attendants). From 2003 to 2005 Mr. Richard was appointed by the American Federation of Teachers as administrator to coordinate the strategic recovery and restructure of the United Teachers of Dade (“UTD”). UTD represents over 30,000 educators serving Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the 4th largest school system in America. Mr. Richard was the chief negotiator for three rounds of bargaining with the school system and the lead strategist for the union’s contract campaign. In 2009, he was appointed as an administrator for AFT healthcare local in Portland, Oregon which represents 3000 medical professionals employed at Kaiser Permanente. Mr. Richard’s dedication to the law does not end at the courthouse steps. At Miami-Dade Community College, he progressed through the faculty ranks, obtaining a position as a full professor in the Legal Assistant Department. Mark retained his role in that capacity until last year. While on the faculty, he successfully organized an AFT professors’ local union in 1998 and served as its founding Local President for 18 years.
