Mr. Warren is a Pensacola native. He served in the United States Marine Corps, received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida with high honors in 1999, and earned his law degree from the University of Florida with honors in 2003, where he was a member of the national award winning trial team. Mr. Warren was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and is licensed to practice in all the state courts of Florida, as well as the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Warren has been a practicing attorney for twenty years and limits his practice to cases involving civil litigation, primarily focusing on insurance claims, including bad faith, consumer protection, serious injury, and wrongful death. He was named as a Florida Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2012 and 2013 as well as a Florida Super Lawyer in Insurance in 2022 and 2023.

MICHAEL T. WARSHAW is a practicing attorney, in Red Bank, New Jersey. A trial attorney since 1976, his practice concentrates in the areas of civil trials, workers’ compensation, residential and commercial real estate, estates and estate planning, and business and corporate law. He also represents accused persons in Municipal and Superior Courts. Mr. Warshaw represents a broad spectrum of clients, both in litigated matters and in a variety of business, personal and corporate matters. He has appeared in every court in New Jersey, both State and Federal, from Municipal to Administrative, and handled cases from Municipal Court to Jury Trials to Supreme Court Appeals. She graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2005 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law. As a law student, Ivy was an active member of the Student Bar Association, Delta Theta Phi professional law fraternity, Women's Law Association and Elon Law Athletic Network. Through her work with the Women's Law Association, she organized events to raise money for women's health care issues. Additionally, she worked in the Elon University Wills Drafting Clinic and the Elon University Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal services for local clients. Following law school, Ivy worked for one of the largest Workers’ Compensation firms in North Carolina where she fought for the rights of injured workers across the state. During her work as a litigating attorney she was selected to join the Workers’ Compensation Council of the North Carolina Bar Association. Ivy is currently serving on the Elon University School of Law Alumni Council. She previously served on the Board of Directors of CareNet Counseling, an affiliate of Wake Forest Baptist Health that provides professional faith-integrated counseling regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. Ivy resides in Thomasville with her husband Chase and their son, Brandt.

Steven A. Waterkotte is the founder and principal of Combs Waterkotte.
