Justin Watkins is an AV Preeminent rated litigator and the Managing Partner of Battle Born Injury Lawyers. Justin received his civil engineering degree from Oregon State University and his law degree from the University of San Diego. Justin has been named as one of the top 150 lawyers in southern Nevada each year from 2009 through 2018 by Nevada Business Journal, SuperLawyers Rising Start from 2010-2013, and a Mountain States SuperLawyer each year from 2014 through 2019. Justin has received a perfect 10.0 rating with Avvo, and its 2014 Client Choice Award for personal injury practice. Mr. Watkins is highly sought after for his lectures and presentations related to his law practice and his political experiences. In 2016, Justin was elected to the Nevada Assembly from District 35, and served on committees for Judiciary, Natural Resources, and Transportation. A Nevada-native, Justin is an avid outdoorsman, having grown up hiking, hunting, fishing, camping, and recreating throughout Nevada and the West. He serves as Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Conservation League.

Lauren Watkins is originally from Columbia, South Carolina, and proud to be a Gamecock! She received her B.A. in Business Administration from Columbia College. Lauren moved to Charlotte in August of 2012 to pursue her law degree, which she received in 2015, graduating cum laude. Lauren is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, a founding member of the school’s Innocence Alliance, and a member of the Order of the Crown, the law school’s academic honors society. In 2015, Lauren was admitted to the North Carolina Bar. Lauren is a current member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Lauren has always had a passion for serving the underserved and hopes to bring that passion to Epperson Law Group. She brings enthusiasm to the courtroom and fights vigorously for her clients. Joshua H. Watson is a dyed-in-the-wool plaintiff’s lawyer. He takes delight in fighting for the rights and needs of real people against corporations and governments.
