Mr. Josh S. Brownstein's main areas of practice include Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. Mr. Brownstein earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 1996 from California State University in Chico, California. He then went on to study law at The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree with distinction in 2000. During law school, Mr. Brownstein was a member of Order of the Coif and the Traynor Honor Society. Josh is admitted to practice within the following jurisdictions: California, United States District Court – Northern District, Central District, Eastern District and Southern District, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the State Bar of California, Marin County Bar Association and San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Throughout Mr. Brownstein’s entire legal career, he has been a litigator. He gained extensive experience at two major national law firms and then decided to open up his own private practice for the purpose of representing people and small entities that needed aggressive and strategic representation. Josh has a passion for litigating in the courtroom, but also is extremely focused on providing his clients with unparalleled attention and service at every phase, including prior to the commencement of litigation.

Yael Brudner is the founder and lead attorney at Brudner Law. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2008. She received her law degree from the University of Haifa, Israel, and is licensed to practice law in Israel as well. Yael is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association as well as the California and Orange County Bar Associations. She has volunteered at the Citizenship Clinic and the Public Law Center. She is fluent in English and Hebrew.

Florence has served the community by volunteering for The Courthouse Experience. Florence was voted Lawyer of the Month December 2003 by the Maricopa County Bar Association.

Born in Nebraska, Mr. Brumbaugh attended Creighton University where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1982. He is admitted to the Nebraska State and U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska as well as the Iowa State and U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts, the U.S. Army Court of Military Review and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit. Mr. Brumbaugh’s areas of practice include Creditors Rights, Business Law, Collection Law and Civil Litigation.
