John K. Clark, Jr. worked full-time while attending college and law school. While studying for his Bachelor of Science degree at Franklin University, he worked nights at Fisher Body-General Motors. Upon obtaining his B.S. degree with honors, he was immediately accepted into the School of Law at Capital University. He obtained his Doctorate of Law degree while continuing to work full-time at General Motors. John sat for and obtained his license to practice law in Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. John is also licensed to practice before the highest Court of the land, namely the United States Supreme Court. John Kearson Clark, Jr. has been practicing law for over 30 years. Tara Clary is a partner at Baird Mandalas Brockstedt & Federico with over 25 years of litigation experience handling all facets of the most complex medical malpractice matters, from investigation through discovery and trial.
