Beginning in 2003, he began to attend Pace University School of Law and graduated with a Master of Law degree in May, 2004. He is now admitted to the New York State Bar and practices law in all courts in our state. In the year of 2008 Mr. Dervishi partnered with Mr. Jared T. Levine and Duane R. Morgan and established the Law Offices of DERVISHI, LEVINE & MORGAN, P.C. Mr. Dervishi is extremely active in the Albanian community assisting recent and long-time residents with their legal and other needs. He serves as a liaison for members of the Albanian community in America for all of their legal needs.

Louis DeSena has been an active trial lawyer in the areas of negligence, real estate litigation, and first-party benefits. He has tried cases in each of the five (5) boroughs of New York City, Nassau County and Suffolk County. He has tried over fifty (50) cases to verdict. These trials have ranged from automobile, residential and commercial premises claims, labor law, assaults and property dispute claims. He handles matters in various counties, including upstate New York, involving torts, UM claims and first-party actions. He represents third party administrators,self insured companies, elevator maintenance companies and construction companies Mr. DeSena is admitted in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court. He is a member of the Queens County Bar Association and has an active role in its Tort Committee. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Eminent Domain Kevin DeTurris is an experienced first-chair trial attorney with years of experience in managing litigation matters from initial pleading through trial and appeal. He regularly litigates complex business disputes involving breach of contract, labor agreements, fraud, conspiracy and a host of other business torts. His experience spans several industries, including real estate, construction, banking, trusts and estates, and technology. Kevin has substantial experience in the area of real estate litigation, involving the use of property, construction disputes, mechanics liens, trespass and nuisance cases, and landlord-tenant matters. He has a particular focus on litigating property use and valuation cases. This experience includes representing condemnors and condemnees in eminent domain matters; municipalities and property owners in tax appeal matters; and banks in complex litigations related to their lending practices. Kevin has successfully represented clients in all of the local federal and state trial courts, the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. Kevin also represents clients before local boards of zoning appeals, in arbitration and mediation.
