At Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen, Paul R. M. Cullen often sees clients on their worst days. More than just knowing the law, he believes his job is to comfort, educate, and advocate for those who are unable to advocate for themselves. That’s when the real work begins. Paul grew up in Montreal, Canada. After graduating high school in Montreal, Paul continued his schooling in the United States. He graduated from Lake Forest College in Illinois, earning a B.A. with a double major in business and international relations. Paul then attended Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California, where he met his wife Lindsay. After passing the California Bar, Paul and Lindsay moved to Nevada. Following his admission to the Nevada Bar, Paul began his legal career representing individuals greatly impacted by the financial crisis. He assisted hundreds of clients struggling with debt, as well as those who were underwater on their homes. Paul knew early on that helping people and families was how he wanted to dedicate his law practice. After several years of helping those suffering from the financial crisis, Paul transitioned to personal injury law, where he refocused his dedication and passion for helping others to assisting those who were harmed because of someone else’s negligence. He loves giving his clients a voice and fighting for their rights. In 2017, Paul joined Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen. To Paul, the best part of being a personal injury attorney is helping his clients recover from the injuries and losses they have suffered—and bringing a smile back to their faces. In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and daughter, Madison. He is also an avid hockey player, runner, and obstacle course racer.
