Douglas M. Egbert is a seasoned litigator who handles a broad range of employment related issues. Mr. Egbert began his practice at Jackson Lewis, P.C., and spent more than 12 years representing some of the largest corporations in the country. Mr. Egbert now fiercely advocates for California employees’ rights. Mr. Egbert’s prior experience on the employer-side gives him a keen insight into how employers and their insurance companies evaluate cases and seek to minimize risk. This critical knowledge provides Mr. Egbert a competitive advantage at all phases of litigation. He knows how employers think and he uses that knowledge to maximize recovery for his clients. Mr. Egbert’s practice includes a wide range of workplace law issues, including wrongful termination, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, race discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues and so on. He practices in both state and federal court, and handles all phases of litigation, including trials and appeal. Mr. Egbert graduated summa cum laude from Washington State University. Arianna Eguiluz handles a wide variety of matters for clients including construction, professional liability, and premises liability defense, with a particular emphasis on defending property owners, managers, subcontractors and real estate agents. Arianna represents businesses, insurance companies, and their insureds in all manners of complex disputes, including breach of contract claims, negligence, and third-party claims.

Area of Practice: Employment and Labor Law David Ehrlich is a partner at Stagg Wabnik Law Group. He specializes in all aspects of labor and employment law. David has represented clients through all stages of litigation, including trials, appeals, and hearings in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He has also negotiated collective bargaining agreements and handled all aspects of grievances for both employers and bargaining units. On the management side, he advises companies on their day-to-day employment issues, such as hiring, disciplining and discharging employees, complying with the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, USERRA, FCRA, and whistleblower regulations, and managing reductions-in-force. In addition, David develops EEO training programs and conducts training for managerial and non-managerial employees. ? David graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, earning several awards for his academic excellence and was research editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, where he graduated cum laude. ? David also worked for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department as a staff attorney. ? David is admitted to New York State and federal courts.

Nicole A. Eichberger is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department and a member of the Class & Collective Actions and Wage and Hour Groups. Nici is an experienced trial lawyer and represents clients in all types of employment-related matters, from single-plaintiff and complex employment to large, complex class and collective actions alleging discrimination, non-compete violations, and wage and hour disputes. Nici has significant experience assisting clients in the defense of numerous class and collective actions. She frequently counsels employers, fiduciaries, and trustees on employment, wage and hour and benefit issues. In addition to her litigation practice, Nici assists in conducting workplace investigations and audits related to discrimination, managerial training, non-competes and employee classification. She is adept to counseling clients on a wide array of issues including reviewing and drafting employee handbooks, wage and hour issues, employee leave and training policies. She is a member of the Firm’s eDiscovery Group and advises clients on eDiscovery matters, including day-to-day preservation, investigations and litigation strategies. Nici recently completed a three-year term was on the ABA’s Standing Committee on Pro Bono & Public Service and serves as the Pro Bono Co-Coordinator for Proskauer’s New Orleans office. She is a prolific writer, frequently contributing to Proskauer’s Law and the Workplace Blog and a sought-after speaker on collective/class action topics.
