Area of Practice: Media & Technology Esposito Partners' principal attorney, Frank M. Esposito, began his legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Representing Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and other high level officials in litigation centering on the policies and practices of New York City, Mr. Esposito functioned as lead counsel for several high profile litigations. Bringing a tremendously successful public sector litigation practice to conclusion, Mr. Esposito left the Corporation Counsel's Office for a preeminent private sector litigation firm. After that firm merged with a leading international law firm, Mr. Esposito continued his representation of Fortune 500 and other multi-national corporations on an international level. In 2010, he realized that the same quality legal representation provided to corporations with extensive legal budgets should be made available to small and mid-size companies unable to allocate millions of dollars to attorney fees. Edwin Essakhar is the co-founder and the lead trial counsel at Hillstone Law Accident & Injury Attorneys. His practice focuses on protecting the rights of individuals who have been wrongly injured. He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his work, including inclusion on the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list (an honor reserved for 3% of attorneys in Southern California) and winner of one of the Top 30 Breach of Contract Verdicts in California in the year 2017. Prior to starting Hillstone Law Accident & Injury Attorneys, Edwin worked for several years as an attorney representing insurance companies against personal injury plaintiffs. He understands how the insurance companies operate because he spent years on the insurance side. Unlike other attorneys, Edwin now uses this specialized knowledge to obtain maximum recovery for his clients.

Julia N. Estrem, Esq. graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2015. Prior to becoming an attorney, Julia provided personal care to individuals often in their later stages of life as a home health aide. This experience helped her develop a passion for her current work. Through both observation and personal experience, Julia saw first-hand how a well-crafted estate plan can give comfort to individuals and their families. She personally experienced the familial discord that can come from the lack of death planning and understands the importance of having a skilled attorney to help navigate the difficult but important topics and complicated issues related to estate planning, probate, and real estate.
