In more than 20 years of practice, Brad has represented businesses and individuals in many different areas. Brad spends a lot of time working with small business owners. He has developed expertise in the areas of law that are important to small businesses. He helps business owners decide the structure of their businesses, whether corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, or something else. Businesses often have legal issues related to their employees, and so Brad has developed expertise in that area. And because legal disputes can happen, Brad can help his business clients prosecute and defend lawsuits. Brad's clients turn to him for litigation as well as commercial matters. Brad graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He received his law degree with academic honors from the University of Chicago.

DWI/DUI Criminal Defense Law I received my Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2010 as a Division I student-athlete on a full athletic soccer scholarship. I then attended Charlotte School of Law in Charlotte, NC, and was awarded my Juris Doctorate in 2014. While attending Charlotte School of Law, I was named to the Dean’s List in 2013 and 2014, participated on the Charlotte School of Law Moot Court and Mock Trial teams, received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Trial Practice, graduated from the selective Charlotte School of Law Advanced Criminal Advocacy Program, and accumulated over 340 hours of pro bono service. After my first year of law school, I clerked at The Law Office of Charles L. Morgan, Jr. in Charlotte, NC, and received my certification for the Student Practice Rule as well as my Third-Year Practice Certificate. I was hired as a law clerk at Trichter & Murphy, PC, in the summer of 2013. After serving as a law clerk for two consecutive summers, I was admitted to practice in Texas in 2014. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, the Houston Bar Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. I practice in Harris County, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Galveston, Liberty, Waller, Brazoria, Bell, Washington, Dallas, Bexar, Travis, and pretty much anywhere you need me in the State of Texas.
