Michelle DiPaolo received her J.D. from Hofstra Law in 1998 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in January of 1999. In addition to her J.D., Michelle also holds a Bachelor of Science in English and Education, from New York University. Michelle has been involved in the practice of law for over 23 years. Her expertise includes trial work and the handling of intricate legal issues. She is well-known to the Courts of Nassau County and Suffolk County by virtue of her frequent dealings therein. Her stature among the bench and bar is high. She was an Assistant District Attorney for 7 years where she tried numerous, complex and complicated cases never receiving an acquittal. Michelle was promoted to the Major Offense Bureau after only six 6 years in the office and became the youngest woman to ever serve in that Bureau at the time. She was interviewed by the Press many times on matters she handled or tried in Court. Michelle has appeared regularly as a legal analyst on Fox News Channel. She previously appeared on three national television programs; 48 Hours: Hard Evidence, American Greed, and Love, Honor & Betray, regarding one of her previous prosecutions. Michelle is a Managing Partner at the Law Firm of DiPaolo and DiPaolo LLP., where she has focused solely on Matrimonial and Family Court Proceedings. Michelle has handled matrimonial actions from beginning to completion, including cases that have crossed various jurisdictions and Courts. Michelle is currently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association where she is a member of the Matrimonial Law Committee. She is a member of the Criminal Courts Bar Association, as well as a member of the Former District Attorney’s Association where she sits as Second Vice-President on the Executive Board. In addition, she is a faculty member for the trial seminars at Hofstra University School of Law, where she teaches trial skills in the area of Matrimonial and Criminal Law since 2010.

Joseph graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1985. He did so while playing NCAA Division One hockey for the university. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree with distinction from John Marshall Law School in 1988. He joined Beverly & Pause in 1988. He has extensive trial experience involving premises, products liability and automobile accident claims.
