Taelor Evans, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Lawyers With Attitude. She is a proud Las Vegas native and graduated from the UNLV, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in political science. She then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where she graduated with cum laude honors. Taelor became a licensed California attorney in 2016 before moving back home and passing the Nevada bar In 2018. Prior to starting her work as a Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, she worked for a Federal Judge and practiced insurance defense. In 2024, she made the jump and decided to open her own firm so that she can practice both personal injury and estate planning. Two areas in which she is extremely passionate. She is committed to providing elevated legal representation with a personalized touch.

Rick is a principal member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Business Law, and Personal Injury practice groups. He works primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, toxic torts, products liability, construction litigation, business law, and professional liability. Throughout the course of his career, Rick has handled thousands of cases to resolution for a multitude of individual, institutional and commercial clients, including hundreds of jury and bench trials, administrative and arbitration hearings, and appellate proceedings primarily in the State and Federal courts of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Rick has also served numerous professional boards and associations, conducted training and continuing legal education seminars, and contributed to educational materials in the furtherance of education, professionalism and civility in the practice of law.

In the nearly one-and-a-half decades since tailoring her career to domestic law, Kem has successfully represented clients in over 30 counties throughout Georgia. When settlement has not been possible, Kem has fervently represented clients in litigated court appearances. Regardless of the setting, Kem brings a unique and valued balance between compassion and zealous advocacy. She strives to keep clients educated and well-informed.
