Megan Falsafi focuses her practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, maintenance (formerly known as alimony), child support and child related expenses, allocation of parental responsibilities, including decision-making and parenting time, division of assets and debts, post divorce disputes including enforcement of Judgments, domestic violence issues, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Megan began her legal career in 2014 while working for the longest standing States Attorney in Illinois. Megan helped the former States Attorney open his own private practice, where they practiced family law. Several years later, Megan has now opened her own law practice with a partner, Anne Leone, where she helps implement the multiple techniques and strategies that she has developed over the years in order to help achieve the best outcomes for her clients during the hardest times of their lives.
