Evan Fetterman is the founder and senior member of Fetterman Law. Mr. Fetterman has been a practicing lawyer since 1968 when he graduated from New York University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Kia attended Beverly Hills High School and graduated top of his class. He attended the University of California – Santa Barbara where he pursued a major in communications. Thereafter, he attended Pepperdine Law School and obtained his JD degree. Kia passed the California Bar Examination on his first attempt and became sworn in December 2000 to practice law. Mr. Fiedler is the founder of Kenneth Fiedler Injury Law. He attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1997. Prior to law school, Mr. Fiedler attended University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois as well as Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He is admitted to practice law within the following jurisdictions: Supreme Court of Colorado, Supreme Court of Illinois, U.S. District Court District of Colorado, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Illinois, Colorado, Illinois, U.S. District Court Central District of Illinois. His areas of practice include Catastrophic Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation Law – Auto, Trucking and other Commercial Vehicles, Premises Liability and Insurance Bad Faith. Arin has been practicing exclusively in all areas of family and matrimonial law, including dispute resolution and litigation for over fifteen years. Arin ensures her clients have a hand in their own destiny in regard to their case while also helping them to develop realistic and attainable expectations. She counsels clients on a wide range of divorce-related issues including parenting disputes, maintenance and support, analysis of complex financial matters, and the disposition of marital and non-marital assets. Arin enjoys working with clients directly to assist them in making the decisions which are best for both them and their families to ensure that their transition through this difficult time is as smooth as possible.

Luis was born and raised in Brooklyn N.Y. Luis received his undergraduate degree from the State University of NY at Geneseo, where he was awarded a Graduate of the Year recognition. He then attended Law School at Syracuse University where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree with honors. While a student at both universities, he received recognition awards for both his scholastic achievements and community service. Upon graduation, Luis began his career as an Assistant City Attorney in Tampa. He served as a police legal adviser for the City of Tampa Police Department and went on to become the lead trial attorney for several major insurance companies. He has tried numerous cases on both state and federal levels throughout Florida. He also has several reported decisions from Florida Appellate Courts and the Florida Supreme Court. Since 2002, Luis has concentrated his efforts exclusively for clients that have been injured by the negligence of others. Luis is a Florida Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Litigation. Civil Trial Board Certification demonstrates an attorney’s special knowledge, skills and proficiencies in civil trial litigation and their professionalism and ethics in practice. Only 7% of Florida Lawyers are Board Certified. Luis has been featured as a lecturer in Tort Litigation and Ethics by several professional organizations and has also been published in several legal periodicals. He is a former vice president of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida and a past officer of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. He has also served on the Florida Bar Continuing Education Committee. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Luis resides in Tampa and is active in various law related, civic and religious organizations. He is a Member of the Florida Bar, The Florida Justice Association, The Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, The Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay Hispanic Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the Federal Middle District Court of Florida, the Federal Northern District Court of Florida, the Federal Southern District Court of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. Luis is also an active member of his church and a member of the Krewe Of Sant Yago, and The Italian Club of Tampa. Luis is fully bilingual in Spanish.
