Dodd Fisher is a Senior Managing Partner and Owner of Fisher Fowler and Williams, PLC, and runs the firm’s Personal Injury Practice. Mr. Fisher joined the firm in September of 2019. Dodd’s practice is primarily focused on First Party (PIP) and Third Party (PI) No Fault and Automobile Negligence Cases, as well as representation of Medical Providers who care for victims of auto accidents, but who are not being paid by the insurance company responsible for those costs under Michigan’s No Fault Law. During his more than twenty five years practicing law, Mr. Fisher has handled and tried a wide variety of personal injury cases, including complex toxic and environmental torts, premises liability cases, dog bite litigation, medical malpractice cases, police brutality, and various other negligent and intentional civil matters.

Michele R. Fisher has represented tens of thousands of employees seeking to recover overtime pay, minimum wages, and commission payments. She also represents employees in individual employment matters, such as employment discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment. Michele has represented consumers in cases involving negligent and fraudulent financial advice and has handled other consumer matters. Earlier in my career, I was an associate with Olson, Usset & Winegarden, P.L.L.P., where I worked in commercial real estate, shopping center leases, and business litigation. For several years I was of counsel to Luther, Heckt & Cameron, P.L.L.P., where I did probate litigation. For the past 15 years my practice has been exclusively in the area of matrimonial law, including divorce mediation and litigation, custody and parenting time proceedings, and support proceedings. I also write wills and trusts and provide estate planning services. I have been named a "Super Lawyer" by the Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics.
