Keith M. Fleischman is a founding partner of Fleischman Bonner & Rocco, as well as its predecessor firm, Fleischman Law Firm, PLLC. Keith is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who has successfully investigated, litigated, and tried to verdict some of the largest and most complex civil and criminal cases in the country. Keith began his career as a prosecutor, first with the Bronx District Attorney’s Office and later with the Department of Justice. His practice presently focuses on representing public and private companies, financial institutions, and institutional investors in connection with the prosecution and defense of complex financial and commercial litigation. During his tenure as a prosecutor, Keith supervised international undercover operations involving counterfeiting, money laundering, and passport fraud. As a member of the Dallas Bank Fraud Task Force, Keith successfully tried to verdict several of the largest criminal prosecutions brought by the government during the Savings and Loan Crisis. After joining the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut, Keith was placed in charge of financial fraud, where he was responsible for creating the Connecticut Bank Fraud Working Group and was a member of the New England Bank Fraud Task Force Coordinating Committee. After leaving the government, Keith spent eleven years at the national plaintiffs’ firm Milberg Weiss, where he rose to Senior Managing Partner and established himself as one of the premier plaintiffs’ lawyers in the country. During this period, Keith litigated, tried, and negotiated to settlement numerous high-profile individual and class actions. Prior to founding Fleischman Law Firm, PLLC in 2011, Keith served as a Director in the New York office of Grant & Eisenhofer, litigating high profile complex lawsuits, including class actions. Keith has been an instructor at the Trial Practice Institute of the U.S. Justice Department and served for ten years as co-chairman of the Practicing Law Institute’s annual conference on class actions. He has lectured in the United States, Canada, and Europe on the investigation, litigation, and prevention of securities and financial fraud.

Edward “Ed” Fleming is a founding partner of McDonald Fleming. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1986, finishing 4th in a class of 200. He was named Best Oral Advocate in the southeast regional moot court competition in 1984, and was inducted into the Order of Coif in 1987. Ed's practice is focused on commercial litigation, government law and construction law. He was lead counsel in the case of Bush, et al vs Hillsborough Co., et al, successfully representing President-elect George W. Bush in a federal action challenging the rejection of thousands of votes from overseas and military personnel during the 2000 Presidential Election. He obtained a federal order requiring that all canvassing boards across the state count previously rejected military ballots. ? He has served for more than 12 years on Florida’s Judicial Nominating Commission for the First District Court of Appeals, a panel that nominates appellate judges, including two terms as chairman, and two terms as vice chairman.
