James J. Alina began working for Thelen & Associates, LLC while still in college at Marquette University and throughout law school at Marquette Law School. Her five years of experience as a law clerk/paralegal prepared her for her flourishing law practice. Alina practices in Southeastern Wisconsin handling CHIPS proceedings, minor guardianships, termination of parental rights cases, adoption, and all family law matters, including divorce, child support, custody, placement and visitation. She also handles cases involving alimony (maintenance), and property division. Alina lives in Waukesha County with her husband, daughter, and two cats. She is an avid fan of the Packers, the Brewers and the Bucks. She comes from a large family and spends her free time with her family, cooking or reading a really good suspense novel.
