Donald S. Goldbloom has been practicing law in the Grantsville area since 1996. Formerly, he worked as an attorney in both Baltimore and Cumberland, Maryland. A native of Baltimore, Donald chose to move to western Maryland , appreciating the natural beauty of the mountains and the rich culture of the local area. Donald earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia in 1973, majoring in American Government, and his law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1976. In 1982 Donald moved to Cumberland, Maryland, gaining experience in many facets of the law as a general practitioner. For a period of time he also served as a part-time assistant state's attorney, handling child support cases. Currently, Donald is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, assisting clients with bankruptcy protection. He also counsels those with massive student loan debt relief. In addition, he represents clients in the areas of family law, personal injury, workers' compensation, social security disability, criminal cases, traffic matters, and other areas of general practice. David Golden, firm principal at The Law Offices of David Golden, P.A., began his career as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 19th Judicial Circuit (Martin County, St. Lucie County, Okeechobee County, and Indian River County). He quickly became the head of the St. Lucie County juvenile crimes division, and was later brought to Stuart to head the entire Martin County office. As a criminal defense attorney he has successfully represented individuals arrested for every crime ranging from petit theft, DUI, and violations of probation, to more serious felony charges of sexual assault, drug trafficking, child pornography, and first degree murder. As a personal injury attorney, David Golden, became a highly respected accident lawyer representing citizens injured in various kinds of accidents, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents. Currently residing in Naples, Bob is a native of Miami, Florida. Bob earned his undergraduate degree (B.A., 1979) from the University of Miami and his law degree (J.D., 1981) from Florida State University. Bob is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), is Past President of ACTEC, serves on its Board of Regents and chaired the National Membership Committee. He is past Chair of ACTEC’s National Task Force on Arbitration of Trust & Estate Disputes. He is a former chair of the ACTEC Amicus Committee and past chair of ACTEC’s Sponsorship Advisory Committee. He is Co- Chair of the Amicus Committee and on the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is past chair of the Section, current member of the Section’s Probate Law and Probate Litigation Committees, as well as past member of the Section’s Legislation Committee. He has chaired the Probate Rules Committee and the Guardianship Law Committee of The Florida Bar, and is a past member of the Probate Law Professionalism Committee and the Appellate Rules Committee of The Florida Bar. Bob was named as one of the top 100 attorneys in Florida by Florida Superlawyers and he is listed in Best Lawyers in America and in Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite. Bob’s charitable service includes past service as a trustee on the Board of Trustees of The Eden Family of Services, Princeton, New Jersey (which provides lifespan service to persons with autism) and service as a Trustee of The Trust For the Advancement of Responsible Artists. Area of Practice: Employment Law Civil Litigation attorney, Evan L. Goldman, Esq. has been practicing law since 1979. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers with High Distinction in Economics and his Law Degree from the University Maryland School of Law. Following Law school he clerked for the Hon. Marshall Selikoff, J.S.C. who at that time was both the Assignment Judge and Presiding Judge Civil in Monmouth County. For most of the past 40 years, he has represented both individuals and businesses in all areas of civil litigation. During the past 20 years he has narrowed his practice to representing individuals in Employment Matters and in other areas of civil Litigation in State and Federal Courts here in New Jersey. To date, he has tried to conclusion over 125 Jury Trials and has been involved in thousands more. He has lectured extensively in the area of Employment Law and Insurance Coverage Law and has also published both articles and Op Ed. articles in these legal areas. Currently he is President of the National Employment Lawyers Association of New Jersey, the New Jersey affiliate of the National Organization. Previously, he had been Co-Chair of the Employment Law Section of the New Jersey Association for Justice and a member of its Board of Governors. He is also a member of both the Middlesex County Bar Association and Bergen County Bar Association. Formerly he was also a Registered Player Agent for the National Basketball Association. Evan has also been retained as an expert in numerous legal malpractice cases.
