ichard L. Gershberg (Rick) is the founder and managing member of the law firm of Gershberg & Associates, LLC, established in 1985. He combines an extensive background in business and corporate law with a wide range of legal experience, including civil litigation and immigration, to provide his clients with a uniquely practical perspective. An attorney since 1980, he now devotes his practice primarily to estate planning, asset protection and helping his clients avoid probate and taxes. Joseph A. Gershman is a partner of Rich, Intelisano & Katz. His practice focuses on complex commercial, securities, real estate and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Gershman received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1996, cum laude, where he was a member of the Board of Student Advisers and Co-Chair of the Tenant Advocacy Project. He received his A.B. from Princeton University in 1990, cum laude, where he majored in public policy, attending the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He is a member of the New York State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Las Vegas, Nevada attorney Joseph Gersten is the founder of The Gersten Law Firm. His practice focuses on criminal defense in the Nevada federal and state courts. He represents Nevada residents, as well as visitors and tourists, on the full range of criminal offenses — including drug and prostitution charges, domestic violence offenses, and firearms violations. He also provides legal services for family law, personal injury, and business matters.
