Peter received an undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and attended Capital University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor in 1991. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar and United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1992. While at Capital he interned at The Supreme Court of Ohio and was a member of the Order of the Curia, a National Honorary Legal Fraternity based on academic performance. Peter is the Managing Attorney at Cox, Koltak & Gibson, LLC. He has over 33 years of experience representing injured workers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Ohio Industrial Commission. He has also represented claimants before the Court of Common Pleas in various Ohio Counties, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Coming from an immigrant background, I quickly realized the importance of the U.S. immigration system and proper representation. From a young age, I decided to embrace this field and learn as much as I could to ensure the best representation possible for anyone who needed help with their status. My goal was to provide transparent, clear advice with the best defense possible. I have always been a studious individual, completing my undergraduate from University of Central Florida with two bachelor’s degrees in under 5 years. I pursued my dream and attended Stetson University, earning a Juris Doctorate and a Certificate of Concentration in advocacy. Throughout my learnings, I also became a Florida County and Circuit Civil Mediator. Prior to opening my own firm, I worked with many organizations ranging from the State Attorney’s Office in Orlando, Florida, to managing a local law firm focusing on Immigration, Family, and Civil Defense. At each phase of my career, I climbed the ladder reaching new levels of knowledge, experience, and skill. My passion is helping people. I thrive knowing I have helped another individual or another family gain some sense of peace and stability. This passion drives my desire to serve the community in any way possible. Along with participating in pro bono services, and local community drives, I hold leadership positions within my community where my talents and abilities are utilized for dispute resolution, civic engagement, and community building. My family and I are firm believers in giving back to the community, as a strong community is crucial for a successful future. For over a decade, I have represented many individuals and many families before USCIS, ICE, Immigration Court (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). I’ve had the honor and privilege of helping many people gain permanent status, come out of removal/deportation proceedings, and gain citizenship. I hope to help many more as the immigration world continues to become even more complex.

Adam S. Gilberg received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bucknell University, in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, where he earned a triple major in Philosophy, Political Science, and Religion. Adam earned his law degree from Drexel University, where he was a Merit Scholarship recipient and was awarded CALI’s Best Student Performance Award in Criminal Law. He was subsequently admitted to the Bar by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He began his legal career at a high volume Personal Injury firm representing hundreds of clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He mastered the ability to make full recoveries from Plaintiffs who had chosen the Limited Tort Option on their car insurance. His litigation experience made him an excellent addition to the Liss & Marion family when he joined the firm in April of 2016. In addition to personal injury claims, Adam also represents clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits. A native to the Philadelphia area, Adam attended Harriton High School in Lower Merion where he studied in the International Baccalaureate program. Now a South Philadelphia resident, Adam is active in his South Philly community volunteering with the Friends of Cianfrani Park to continue to preserve and beautify Philadelphia. As an active member of the Philadelphia community, Adam serves as a board member of the Golden Slipper Camp, which provides children in and around the Philadelphia area the opportunity to attend a fantastic summer camp in the Poconos. Adam is also a member of the Human Needs and Resources (HUNAS) committee that awards grants to people and families in financial need.
