BRUCE A. FOODMAN is a partner in the Law Offices of Lerner, Guarino & Foodman, LLC. Dana’s practice predominately focuses on Family Law and Matrimonial although she is adept at tackling other areas of law when they intersect with a divorce action. Dana practiced commercial litigation before landing in Family Law. Early on in her career she left the private sector to work for the Administration for Children’s Services (“ACS”) where she prosecuted child abuse and neglect cases in New York City. In addition to focusing on child protection, Dana honed her trial skills doing countless hearings and advocating on behalf of her clients. After the birth of her first child, Dana left ACS in 2002 and returned to the private sector, practicing solely Family and Matrimonial Law and adding Mediation to her practice. Dana fully appreciates the emotional complexity involved in matters having to do with family, marriage, finances and domestic violence. Each case is unique and carries with it a particular set of circumstance. Dana is especially skilled at understanding the nuances of each matter and employs an unusual combination of strength and sensitivity for her clients.

John K. Foster III entered legal practice motivated by a competitive spirit and a belief in service to those in need. Over the years, and through many trials, he has maintained his desire to compete effectively in the courtroom, but also recognizes that in some situations careful negotiation or mediation can be better avenues to achieving the results clients desire. Mr. Foster is an accomplished Pittsburgh divorce attorney and also has considerable experience in many other areas of the law. He is a veteran of two capital cases: one in which his client was acquitted and one in which his client, although convicted of two vicious murders, received life imprisonment rather than the death penalty sought by the prosecution. In fact, he has enjoyed success in most of his criminal and civil trials. Mr. Foster has represented both landlords and tenants in disputes, home owners against fraudulent sellers and shoddy contractors, husbands and wives in all aspects of family law and parents and children in Juvenile Court matters. He also drafts, reviews and negotiates contracts, both domestic and international.

Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Wendy Fountain is an accomplished attorney with two decades of legal experience. She believes in working closely with her clients to identify their goals and then fights to make these a reality, no matter how difficult the road may be. Wendy earned her undergraduate degree at California State University in 1993 and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1997. Early in her career, she worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. She went into private practice in 2003 and developed an accomplished family law practice in her own right, before joining Sullivan Law & Associates several years ago. Respected and recognized in the field of family law, Wendy has dedicated a considerable amount of her time to her community, including working with Women in Need, a local program to help victims of domestic violence. She has lectured at the Orange County Paralegal Association and was president-elect of the Orange County Bar Family Law Executive Committee from 2013-2014. Wendy is also a member of the Robert A. Banyard, Inns of Courts and has been for over 10 years. A Southern California native, Wendy has strong ties to the local community. She enjoys living in Orange County and spending time with her husband and two children.
