He has practiced construction and government contract law for over 39 years and represents a large number of clients in the Washington, Baltimore metropolitan areas as well as in numerous other cities throughout the U.S.

Russ was admitted to the California Bar in 1994 after receiving his J.D. in 1994 after receiving undergraduate degrees from Brigham Young University in International Relations and Spanish. For the first many years of practice, Russ practiced exclusively plaintiff's civil litigation, handling wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, product defect, insurance bad faith and premises liability matters. In 2012, Russ expanded his practice to include family law. Steve Jones is a widely recognized trial lawyer with extensive experience and success representing individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in Maricopa County, Pima County, Pinal County and throughout Arizona. Mr. Jones was recently nominated and accepted for membership in Lawyers of Distinction, an exclusive national group whose lawyers are amongst the “best of the best” in their respective areas of practice. He has also been named one of Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars for multiple consecutive years. Originally from upstate New York, Steve earned his bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo before he went on to attend law school at Widener University School of Law. There, he graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors and was ranked first in his graduating class of 99 law students. He also earned several accolades as an editor of the Widener Law Journal. Following law school, Steve received his license to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He accepted a position with a well-known defense firm in Buffalo, where he practiced insurance defense litigation for over a year. He relocated to Arizona in 2013, and joined Phillips Law Group, an Arizona personal injury firm. As a partner at Phillips Law Group, Steve focused his practice exclusively on fighting for injured people against those who negligently caused harm, corporations, and insurance companies. Mr. Jones has a proven track record of helping those who have been harmed by negligence, wrongful conduct, violations of safety rules, and dangerous premises conditions. Mr. Jones possesses a particular interest in helping people involved in motorcycle, bus and truck collisions. D. Bradley Jordan was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and grew up in Edgemoor, South Carolina. He is married to Renea Bradberry, who currently teaches English to seventh- and eighth-grade middle school students at Westminster Catawba Christian School. Mr. and Mrs. Jordan have three children: Sarah Elizabeth, Jacob Bradley, and Margaret Grace. Mr. Jordan attended public schools in Richburg, South Carolina, until he graduated from Lewisville High School, and received the prestigious James F. Byrnes Scholarship for four years of his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina. In 1987, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina with a minor equivalent in Sociology. Mr. Jordan then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, from which he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1990. Subsequently, he studied Theology at the Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, South Carolina. In 2016, Mr. Jordan graduated from Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. Prior to establishing his own law practice in 1996, Mr. Jordan worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Luke N. Brown, Jr. and the Honorable Gerald C. Smoak in the 14th Circuit of South Carolina, which comprises Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton, Allendale, and Hampton Counties. Subsequently, he worked as an associate attorney for Moss & Kuhn, P.A. in Beaufort, South Carolina, and as an associate attorney for Larry C. Brandt, P.A. in Walhalla, South Carolina. In 1996, Mr. Jordan established the law firm of Jordan & Plowden, in Seneca, South Carolina. Two years later, he formed Jordan Law Firm, P.C. During this time, he served as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Erskine College in Due West, South Carolina. After moving back to Chester County in December 2001, he worked as a partner at Boyd & Jordan, LLC in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He began operating as Jordan Law Firm, P.C. again in 2004. As a skilled trial lawyer, talented legal storyteller, and self-trained wordsmith, Mr. Jordan has argued for his clients' rights and interests in the Family Court and the Circuit Court of South Carolina, as well as before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission, the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, and the Social Security Administration. He has tried over 50 cases to a jury verdict and estimates that he has had over 2000 appearances in Circuit Court, Family Court or before Administrative Agencies including the SC Workers' Compensation Commission, SC Department of Employment and Workforce and other Administrative Agencies. Mr. Jordan has handled cases that arose in Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, Colleton, Anderson, Fairfield, Oconee, Greenville, Pickens, Spartanburg, Cherokee, York, Lancaster, Chester, Lexington, Richland, Florence, Horry, and Charleston Counties. Mr. Jordan has also been admitted, "Pro Hac Vice" to the courts in North Carolina, Georgia, Washington, D.C. and most recently has been admitted "Pro Hac Vice" in North Dakota. Mr. Jordan was elected to fill an unexpired term for District 1 of the Chester County Council, and has been elected twice to a seat in the same Council.
