Lisa L. Johnston is the principal member of the Law Offices of Lisa L. Johnston & Associates with offices in Yonkers and New York City. She is a cum laude graduate of The American University, attended Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1992. She is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. Lisa is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and sat on the Special Committee for LGBT People & the Law, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the NY County Lawyers Association. She is a founding member of the Emerald Isle Immigration Center a non-profit agency which provides assistance to immigrants and served on its Executive Committee for over 20 years. She served on the board of and was the Legislative Director for the Irish Immigration Reform Movement. She frequently lectures and conducts seminars on immigration and family-related topics. Ms. Johnston was recognized for her commitment to immigrants and immigrant families by the Emerald Isle Immigration Center in 2001. In 2009 Ms. Johnston was recognized by the Irish Voice as one of the top 75 Influential Women in Irish-America.

Mr. Johnston grew up in Casper, Wyoming, and spent much of his childhood working on his family's ranch. He attended the University of Wyoming and received three Bachelor's Degrees while making the Dean's List. He then attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2002. After being inducted into the Wyoming Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association, he and his wife, Julie, moved to Pueblo, Colorado. Stephen and Julie have been married for 29 years and have six children. Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, camping, fishing, and coaching children's soccer. He is the President of the Pueblo Rangers Soccer Club, which provides access to soccer programs for children of all ages, skill levels, and financial means, including programs for children with special needs. Mr. Johnston has been practicing law since 2002, with a primary practice on workers' compensation, personal injury, social security, and criminal defense. In his years of practicing workers' compensation law, Stephen has represented injured workers in all stages of litigation. He has argued cases before the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts, the Colorado Industrial Appeals Panel, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Laura is a creative, pragmatic business lawyer and leader who has focused on business and business law during her career. Starting as a commercial lender, gaining 5 years' experience working with bank clients and financial analysis, Laura pivoted to law and developed her skills though large firms and in-house positions at technology companies. Laura is passionate about leading through change, helping others develop their skills, and providing risk-managed advice to clients to help them achieve their business objectives in a responsible and ethical manner. Laura is the proud parent of 2 young men, two rescue dogs and three rescue cats, and spends her free time serving on the Board of the National Edgar Allan Poe Theatre in Baltimore, MD and traveling with her partner.
