I am a graduate with National University with a Bachelors Degree in Criminology, Psychology, and Pre-Law. I received my Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law. I became a member of the California Bar Association in 2017. During law school I gained several months of experience externing for Honorable Judge Blea, Tulare County Public Defender Office, Tulare District Attorney Office, and with criminal defense attorney Richard Beshwate. Prior to law school, I received a POST certification in 2003, from Fresno City College and I was gainfully employed with the Fresno Police Department as a patrol officer for several years. I began practicing Family Law and Juvenile Dependency in 2018. I have assisted clients in general family law dissolution matters, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, division of property, enforcement actions, and domestic violence matters.

Mr. Hayes received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the College of Law at Georgia State University and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1996. ? Mr. Hayes previously worked as a Senior Assistant District Attorney (“ADA”) in the Griffin Judicial Circuit. He also formerly served as a Senior ADA in the Coweta Judicial Circuit. ?
