For Tony, the law is a calling, not a job. He is a mountain boy, with simple, straightforward values. With four children, a marriage that has lasted more than 35 years, work experience beginning at 12 years old, and the heritage of two farming families from rural North Carolina, Tony can relate to most of his clients and their problems. Tony has worked for some of this state's most elite law firms before striking out on his own, representing Fortune 100 companies in a variety of complex practice areas. He has handled cases in the areas of every aspect of family law, bankruptcy, business litigation, IRS and Department of Revenue tax collections, products liability, serious personal injury, workers' compensation, estate and real estate litigation, and business coaching and formation. He has run his own businesses, including this law firm, giving him a wealth of experience to apply to a client's situation. Having appeared and participated in cases in our state's trial and appellate courts, as well as all of North Carolina's federal district courts and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, Tony knows how to aggressively yet practically manage litigation at virtually any level.

Wesley R. Harvin II grew up in Stuart, FL and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2001. Wes continued his expertise by obtaining a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 2002. Wes has practiced law in Stuart ever since and alongside his father, the late Wesley R. Harvin, focusing on the areas of Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Litigation and Elder Law. Wesley is a presenter and speaker for the Florida Bar Continuing Education Credits and Continuing Education Credits for paralegals and accountants in Florida. He has presented over 200 hours of credits in the past five years. He has also served as an expert witness in contract matters in civil litigation and trust litigation and has litigated in state and Federal Court. Wes has served as Past President of the Martin County Bar Association Real Property & Estate Planning Committee and is a proud new resident of St. Lucie County. Florida Super Lawyers has recognized Wes for his hard work. And Wes is very proud that he advised the Board of Directors of two charitable foundations for the support of injured US Servicemen and Servicewomen, and for the support and betterment of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Area of Practice: Attorney Baxter Harwell of the The Harwell Law Firm P.A. has been defending citizens accused of DUI, DWI, DUAC and all Traffic Violations as a lawyer in South Carolina for over twenty years. A native of Florence, SC, he is well known throughout the Myrtle Beach, Grand Strand and the Greater Pee Dee areas of South Carolina. His family is known for generations of civil representation both in legal and political service. Mr. Harwell completed his undergraduate studies in 1983 at a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and completed his legal studies in 1992 at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Gaining valuable experience and important relationships, Baxter has served as a South Carolina Statewide DUI Special Prosecutor for the SC Department of Public Safety (SC Highway Patrol) and is also former Assistant Solicitor of Horry County responsible for heavy felonies and misdemeanors concentrating on DUI law. Baxter is a certified South Carolina Data Master Breath Testing operator and NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Officer.
