With five decades of experience, Bob Killian focuses his practice on matters of civil litigation, primarily personal injury and wrongful death. He has been legal counsel in cases in which over $160 million have been recovered for his clients. Jeremy Killpack is the managing attorney. He received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008 where he graduated with high honors (Magna Cum Laude). He also obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Management with an emphasis on marketing from BYU in 2003. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is an inactive member of the Florida bar. Daniel received his J.D from Chapman University School of Law, and his B.S. in Business Administration & Management (Cum Laude) from Maryland College. He worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith of the US Bankruptcy Court, as a Legal Extern for the CA Board of Equalization, and he is a DRPA Certified Mediator. Daniel served in the US Army for 7 years, completing tours of duty in Baghdad, Iraq and South Korea. He was a Paralegal Specialist with the JAG Corps in which he was recognized as a top JAG Corps soldier. He assisted Army trial counsel in processing 80+ felony general court martial prosecution cases. Post Army, Daniel spent several years under the tutelage of several high-profile PI law firms honing his skills, before hanging up his own shingle.
