David Himelfarb is head of the Litigation practice at the firm. Christopher J. Hinckley is an AV rated, board certified civil trial attorney in the Ocala office of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Marion County, Florida. He was raised in Maine, but with his father being a member of the United States Navy, his family called several different places home. Since joining the firm, he has represented more than 1500 clients and their families, and tried more than 30 cases, helping to recover millions of dollars for those clients and their families. He has obtained jury verdicts in excess of offers made by insurance companies and has successfully obtained large settlements from major insurance companies and corporations. Mr. Hinckley is active in his community. He donates to and volunteers at the local elementary school and coaches multiple sports teams at the local YMCA. Mr. Hinckley is also a member of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “A” where he, along with the committee, investigates complaints of attorney misconduct with a focus on preserving the high ethical standards of Florida attorneys in the committee’s territory. Mr. Hinckley is married and the proud father of two sons.
