Jeffrey King is a partner in the firm's Fort Worth office where he is a member of the oil, gas, and resources practice group. He has tried many cases to jury verdicts as well as to the bench and before arbitration panels. Jeffrey has represented a variety of oil and gas producers in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels in Texas, California, Kansas, Colorado, Ohio, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Wyoming, as well as before the Supreme Courts of Texas, Oklahoma, and West Virginia. He also has extensive experience in multi-district and class action litigation.

David has over 27 years of active trial practice experience, focusing on civil trials, mediation, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, workers compensation, insurance claims and social security disability claims. David has recovered many millions of dollars on behalf of his injured clients. David has successfully tried numerous cases throughout both South Dakota and Iowa. He has extensive appellate experience before the South Dakota Supreme Court. He has also tried (and won) numerous Social Security Disability cases. Prior to entering private practice, David was honored to be selected as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Robert A. Miller of the South Dakota Supreme Court. David is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Iowa Association for Justice, the State Bar of Iowa, the National Organization for Social Security Claimant's Representatives, the State Bar of South Dakota, and the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. A graduate of the University of Illinois (B.S. Accounting, with Honorsâ?? in 1988), David worked as a public auditor for the international accounting and consulting firm of Deloitte & Touche for three years before beginning law school. David obtained his Law Degree from DePaul University College of Law in 1993, and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar that same year. Upon graduation, David worked at Schiller, DuCanto & Fleck as an associate and then a partner focusing solely on matrimonial law, through 2006 when he founded the Law Office of David A. King, P.C.
