Attorney Ken Lewis has been proudly serving the Winder, Georgia community and surrounding areas since 2011. He graduated from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 2011. He enjoys digging into his client's cases to help them pursue the best possible outcome.

Chad has represented hundreds of personal injury victims and families throughout the state of Alabama. After a stint representing clients involved in domestic matters, Chad has now dedicated his practice to serving those who have been wronged by the negligent and careless conduct of large corporations and individuals. Chad specializes in personal injury and wrongful death cases that including: commercial motor-vehicle accidents, automobile collisions, motorcycle wrecks, industrial/workplace accidents, slip and fall accidents, and defective products. As a result of his efforts, Chad has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients throughout his career representing personal injury victims. Prior to becoming an attorney, Chad lived in Atlanta where he worked in IT for several major telecommunication companies throughout the U.S. While in Atlanta, Chad attended the Oglethorpe University where he earned his bachelor’s degree, with honors, while employed full-time. Chad strongly believes the relationship between client and attorney is paramount. It is Chad’s philosophy that the only way to effectively represent those affected by personal injury is to understand the client and their story through earnest communication. Chad’s transition from the corporate arena to representing those injured was intentional. John has over 25 years of broad-based experience as a lead trial lawyer in private practice, in-house litigation counsel, including managing the global litigation team of an Atlanta-based Fortune 100 Company, conducting internal investigations domestically and internationally, and advising corporate board members, executives and senior business leaders. John has served as senior managing litigation counsel, global anti-bribery counsel and global head of diversity and workplace fairness. John focuses his practice on internal and government investigations, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, corporate compliance, commercial litigation, including class action litigation, business bankruptcy/creditors rights/receiverships and diversity consulting. John’s broad-based background enables him to bring solutions-based perspectives drawing on a range of legal disciplines and a proven track record of success working not just with lawyers but with business leaders in public affairs, a public company board of directors, communications, government relations, regulatory affairs and community stakeholders. He earned his B.A. from Morehouse College before attending The George Washington Law School, where he earned his J.D. His Bar admissions include: Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, and Pennsylvania.

With dual legal education and substantial practice experience in both the U.S. and China, Henry is uniquely positioned to advise on complex cross-border transactions involving Chinese listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and venture capital funds investing in U.S. assets. He has also successfully represented numerous U.S. businesses in investments, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions in China. Additionally, Henry advises on international transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom, with a focus on offshore structuring and tax planning strategies.Henry is widely recognized for his exceptional negotiation skills and his strategic, solutions-oriented approach to complex cross-border transactions. Henry also serves as outside general counsel to a diverse range of U.S. companies, including venture capital firms, high-end equipment manufacturers, consumer goods companies, real estate developers, cross-border e-commerce businesses, logistics and warehousing firms, and restaurant groups. His counsel encompasses contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, employment law, and dispute resolution. Henry has significant experience advising on real estate development projects, with a focus on project financing, contract management, real estate fund structuring, and EB-5 investment projects. Henry is adept at representing clients in U.S. state and federal courts, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). He is particularly skilled in managing the complexities of cross-border disputes involving foreign parties, including issues of service of process, jurisdictional challenges, extraterritorial application of U.S. laws, and cross-border discovery. Henry’s litigation practice also includes enforcement of foreign arbitration awards and court judgments in the U.S. and other jurisdictions, providing clients with comprehensive cross-border dispute resolution strategies. Henry is actively engaged in various international legal and business organizations. He currently serves as an Executive Committee Member of the International Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and has held advisory roles in global forums such as the 2020 Saudi B20, 2021 Italy B20, and 2022 Indonesia B20 “Integrity and Compliance” Task Forces.In 2023, Henry was invited to participate as a delegate at the APEC Business Summit in San Francisco, representing the interests of cross-border investors and multinational corporations.
