A native Floridian, Ms. Lowe received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University (1982), a Juris Doctor at Walter F. George School of Law from Mercer University (1985) and a Master of Laws in Taxation at Holland Law School from University of Florida (1986). She was raised in Wakulla County and, following the completion of her education, practiced in Georgia and Florida. In the early part of her career she was the Chief Executive Officer of the Homes and Lands Publishing Corporation. Francie and her husband, Brian have been living in Wakulla County for the last 32 years, the last 12 years as a empty nesters enjoying the gulf of Mexico as often as possible.

Annie C. Lu is an experienced litigator who tackled complicated cases in both state and federal courts, obtaining millions of dollars in recovery for her clients over the years. Annie’s passion lies in helping clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives, which she does by being able to understand her client’s needs and then advising them on various options and risks so that clients can make decisions that are best for themselves and their families. Additionally, Annie has significant experience representing clients who have suffered a personal injury, and she draws on that experience to make an impact in every case that she takes on. When representing a client, Annie’s primary focus is ensuring her clients are made whole, healthy, and that justice is obtained. Michelle Ludwig has worked in the legal field since the age of 21, first working as a legal secretary, then as an attorney. Michelle has worked side-by-side with her husband Eric for over 15 years. Ludwig Law Center dedicates its efforts primarily to Family Law, but also handles business litigation, personal injury matters, and most civil and criminal matters, including juvenile matters. Michelle has been married for 28 years to her husband and law partner, Eric. Together they have four children. They enjoy boating, water skiing, vacationing and riding dirt bikes in the desert. Michelle’s first Law Review article was published in the Journal of Juvenile Law in 2002 – an article that was inspired by the death of her sister, Kerry Patterson, who was kidnapped and murdered in Fullerton, California in 1980.
