Edward T. Lynch, Jr. is a 1967 graduate of Georgetown University. He holds both a Master in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of Connecticut, several U.S. District Courts, several Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Claims Court, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He resides in New Britain and has served as its Corporation Counsel. He was previously an Associate Professor of Law at Central Connecticut State University and he is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Army National Guard in the position of Staff Judge Advocate.

Ted has over 44 years’ experience representing clients in complex litigation, involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and business disputes. He has received verdicts which were ranked in the top ten in the nation on three occasions. He has been interviewed and featured by national and local media outlets, including Good Morning America, 60 Minutes II, NBC Dateline, Texas Lawyer, Dallas Observer, The National Law Journal, D Magazine, and Texas Monthly. Ted specializes in complex litigation. Ted has repeatedly (2003 through 2020) been named to the Super Lawyer List by Texas Monthly, and was named one of the top 100 Lawyers in America by American Trial Lawyers Association consecutively since 2007.

David is a Director of Legal Services at Morgan & Morgan. During his ten-year legal career, David has helped recover millions of Dollars for injured and disadvantaged victims. David received his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University, where he was awarded the three-year/half-tuition Dean’s Academic Scholarship. He also attended the international law program at Oxford University, where he focused on comparative human rights law. Prior to attending law school, David graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After graduating from law school, while working as a law clerk at an entertainment law firm, David produced a series of acclaimed social justice focused films at USC School of Cinematic Arts. Thereafter, David gained experience in handling complex litigation matters under the supervision of some of California’s most successful litigation attorneys. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
