Edward T. Lynch, Jr. is a 1967 graduate of Georgetown University. He holds both a Master in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of Connecticut, several U.S. District Courts, several Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Claims Court, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He resides in New Britain and has served as its Corporation Counsel. He was previously an Associate Professor of Law at Central Connecticut State University and he is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
