John C. Manoog III was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on March 13, 1961. He received his B.S. from Babson College in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami Law School, cum laude, in 1994. He was admitted to the Massachusetts State Court in 1994; United States District Court, Massachusetts in 1995. He is a member of the Boston, Barnstable and Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Manoog is a faculty member of the Massachusetts Bar Association's course on teaching attorneys how to handle, try and negotiate automobile accident cases. Mr. Manoog has been a lecturer in this program for the past three years. In addition, Mr. Manoog has served as a mentor to several young attorneys, advising them on the handling of personal injury cases. Over the past several years, Mr. Manoog has successfully tried numerous personal injury and criminal cases. Most recently, Mr. Manoog tried a case in Barnstable Superior Court and obtained a $390,000.00 jury award for his client on a case that the insurance company offered only $7,000.00 to settle. Mr. Manoog began his legal career working for an insurance defense firm, defending the insurance companies against personal injury claims. As a result, Mr. Manoog gained a unique insight into the inner workings of the insurance industry and how they defended against personal injury claims. Mr. Manoog then took everything he learned about how the insurance industry works and started his own firm, representing people injured by the negligence of others. By using the information he gained while working for the insurance industry, Mr. Manoog has been able to maximize his clients' recovery and insure they receive the best possible settlement for their claim. In addition, in most cases where the insurance company has not been willing to pay the proper amount for a client's claim, Mr. Manoog has been able to obtain a fair and reasonable recovery for his clients through trial, arbitration or mediation. Mr. Manoog and his firm have represented thousands of injured parties over the years with injuries ranging from wrongful death to soft tissue neck and back complaints. In addition, Mr. Manoog has also represented several corporations with their civil litigation needs. Mr. Mansfield, an attorney and Founding Partner of Mansfield, Bronstein, & Stone, LLP has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995. He has served as chief executive and president of several public and private companies for more than twenty years. In 2013, Gary was selected as one of the Most Effective Lawyers in the category of Distressed Real Estate for Mansfield Bronsteins victory on behalf of the Peninsula Condominium Association against U.S. Bank. Mr. Mansfield earned a bachelors degree, cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania; a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law; a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Chicagos Graduate School of Business; a Master’s of Law in Elder Law from Stetson University; and, Mr. Mansfield has also completed all course work for a doctorate in Health Services from Nova Southeastern University.

Area of Practice: Bankruptcy & Creditor Rights & Remedies Nauni’s practice focuses in the areas of commercial litigation and complex bankruptcy matters. She has represented creditors in all types of settings including enforcing creditors’ rights and remedies in state court as well as in federal court. She has also been a Court-appointed receiver in a Securities Exchange Commission matter in U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. In October 1998, Nauni was appointed by the United States Trustee, United States Department of Justice, to serve as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Minnesota. She has also been appointed as a Chapter 11 operating trustee in several cases. As a Chapter 11 Trustee, she has operated a large farming operation in Southern Minnesota, a national restaurant franchise, a “gentlemen’s” club, a shopping mall, a large software company, an in-home care service provider, a vehicle repair servicing center and a warehouse distributor of hunting products, including clothing. All of the chapter 11 cases have successfully exited chapter 11 either through liquidation or reorganization. Nauni has other chapter 11 experience as well. She has represented secured and unsecured creditors. She has also served as unsecured creditors committee counsel. As Chapter 7 Trustee, Nauni has been appointed on over 15,000 cases. She has handled many large complex cases. In one particular case, she liquidated over 48 convenience stores dealing with the sale of the properties or the assumption and assignment of leases. Revenues generated in the case exceeded $16 million. She commenced a case against various insiders and related companies based on preference, fraudulent transfers and equitable subordination issues. Through those efforts, she paid all of the mortgagees and unsecured creditors in full, with interest. Through those efforts, I paid all of the secured and unsecured creditors in full, with interest, disbursing over $16 million to the creditors. In other capacities, I have handled complex fraud cases involving 1031 like kind exchanges and other investment-type issues. I have also been involved in a large equity skimming case. I am also a trustee a mining operation in Northern Minnesota. I have sold the plants and equipment realizing millions of dollars for the creditors. In another recent case, I have commenced 148 complaints against entities also bringing in millions of dollars for the estate. I am also a Chapter 11 Liquidating Trustee in a bankruptcy case in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware. As the liquidating trustee of Pipeline Foods Liquidating Trust (21-11002), I am successfully liquidating assets and commencing litigation to pursue preferences and accounts receivable; reviewing over 700 claims; objecting to and negotiating settlement of claims.

Area of Practice: Employment Law David Mara is the founding member and president of Mara Law Firm, PC. Mr. Mara has devoted his many years of practice to representing employees in all aspects of California wage and hour law, including, but not limited to, class representation of employees seeking unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, unfair business practices, and meal and rest period violations. California Employment Attorney David Mara also specializes in representing injured civilians working abroad pursuant to a U.S. defense contract. Over the course of his career, Mr. Mara has obtained tens of millions of dollars on behalf of California and Defense Base Act workers.
