Marcus & Mack’s founder, Robert (Bob) Marcus, opened the doors of this law firm more than 40 years ago. Throughout his legal career, Bob has served as a tireless and passionate advocate for his clients. In fact, Bob’s reputation for his fearless representation has earned him continual recognition by national organizations for his skill as a personal injury attorney. Bob has been repeatedly listed as Top 100 Civil Trial Lawyer in Pennsylvania by the National Association of Trial Lawyers. He has also been recognized by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as a member of the “Nation’s Top One Percent”. Bob’s father owned a car dealership and Bob eventually took over that family business. Gerald L. Marcus has been practicing law since 1987; however he worked in the personal injury field of law since 1980 as a private investigator for one of the largest personal injury firms in the San Fernando Valley. The experiences that Mr. Marcus gained as a full-time negligence investigator inspired his passion of fighting for the rights of innocent injured victims against the insurance industry. Mr. Marcus attended California State University Northridge, and later attended law school at the Southern California Institute of Law at the Ventura College of Law campus. Mr. Marcus is dedicated to the principals, and the philosophy, that every innocent injured victim is entitled to the best possible representation, regardless of their personal financial status, and of the size or complexity of their case.

Miriam Marenco is a Lead Associate at the Law Offices of Patrick L. Cordero, P.A. She is the head bankruptcy attorney over-seeing bankruptcy cases filed by our Firm. Ms. Marenco focuses primarily in the representation of debtors in chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Area of Practice: Municipal Law Vincent Marino presently represents the towns of Orange and Bethany and is special land use counsel in the towns of Seymour, Beacon Falls, and Monroe. He represents the Water Pollution Control Authorities in the towns of Orange and Stratford. He also represents the Orange Board of Education. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in America (2018-2023) for his work in Municipal Law. In his land use and zoning practice, Vincent often appears before planning and zoning commissions, inland wetlands commissions, zoning boards of appeals, and other administrative agencies. He represents property owners, neighborhood groups, and municipalities in administrative appeals and zoning and wetlands enforcement proceedings. Vincent also practices in state and federal court representing individuals and businesses in commercial litigation, construction litigation and bankruptcy matters.
