Jeremy Killpack is the managing attorney. He received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008 where he graduated with high honors (Magna Cum Laude). He also obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Management with an emphasis on marketing from BYU in 2003. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is an inactive member of the Florida bar. Since beginning the practice of law in Florida in 2008, he has assisted thousands of clients in more than 35 states in Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Slip and Falls, Truck Accidents, Wrongful Death, and Bus Accidents.

John has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation. Prior to starting the JK Law Firm, LLC, John served as claims counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company, where he successfully defended all facets of personal injury and tort litigation brought against his clients. He previously worked for a boutique law firm in Atlanta focusing on the defense of general, complex, motor vehicle, and trucking liability cases. Prior to transitioning to civil litigation, John served as an Assistant District Attorney in Spalding and Fulton Counties and successfully prosecuted numerous felony cases through trial. Following law school, he gained insight into the judicial process by clerking for Floyd County Superior Court Judges. John is a Northern Virginia (NoVA) transplant who migrated south for law school and has called Georgia home ever since. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech and received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Daniel Kim’s journey to becoming Orange County’s top car accident attorney started when he was a child. Daniel’s family raised him with a passion for helping others. That passion drove Daniel to become a lawyer, and it has never faded. Daniel’s law career has taken him around the world and back. As a paralegal in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Daniel served in Seoul, South Korea, and Baghdad, Iraq. Thanks to his hard work and resiliency, Daniel was recognized as the top enlisted JAG member in the Asia Pacific region. Back in Orange County, Daniel received his law degree and went to work serving his local community. Eventually his love of law brought him back to South Korea, where he served as an associate at one of the largest international firms in the world. Daniel founded the Law Offices of Daniel Kim to give the victims of motor vehicle accidents a better choice to defend their rights. Since starting the firm, Daniel has won hundreds of millions for his clients, and continues to play a hands-on role in every case the firm takes on.

Civil Rights Do Kim is a passionate advocate for the civil rights and human rights of all people. As the founder of Law Offices of Do Kim, APLC, Do is a civil rights attorney specializing in employment discrimination, wage and hour, police misconduct, prisoner abuse, wrongful conviction, and human rights. He was selected as a Rising Star for 2007 and 2012-2014 and a Super Lawyer for 2016-2021 by Law & Politics Magazine. Do graduated from Harvard College with a joint degree in Afro-American Studies and Sociology and went on to receive his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he concentrated in Critical Race Studies and the Program in Public Interest Law & Policy.
