I have been practicing law in middle Tennessee since 1987. I began my career at a law firm in downtown Nashville, worked with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, was in-house attorney with a major manufacturing company and have had my own firm since 1996. Professionally, I am a member and past president of the Williamson County Bar Association, a member and past Treasurer of the Lawyers’ Association for Women, and a member and past secretary of the Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women. I am admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Additionally, I have met the qualifications and completed the training to be listed as a Rule 31 Family Mediator in Tennessee, and I have been practicing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) since 1997. I was also certified as a fire and explosion investigator (CFEI) with the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI) in 1995. Mr. O'Brien graduated from Notre Dame Cathedral Latin High School in Munson Township, Ohio, in 1993. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Walsh University in 1997, and obtained a JD Degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2000. Mr. O' Brien joined Petersen & Ibold upon his admission to the practice of law in 2000. Mr. O'Brien is a member of the Geauga County, Ashtabula County and Ohio State Bar Associations. Mr. O'Brien practices in the areas of general litigation, criminal and juvenile law, personal injury, real estate, business law and estate planning.

Conor O’Brien was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California in 2009. Following his graduation from Saint Mary’s College, Mr. O’Brien worked at several law firms, each specializing in different areas of the law. Conor O’Brien attended and graduated from Trinity Law School. He passed the California State Bar Exam and was sworn in to practice in 2017. Conor O’Brien comes from a family of personal injury experts. His grandfather, Eldon O’Brien was a personal injury private investigator and created Verdictum Juris, which is a monthly jury verdict report and the annual O’Brien’s Evaluator, which is a comprehensive annual jury verdict publication. Conor O’Brien’s father is also a practicing attorney in Southern California. Conor O’Brien is a member of the Riverside Bar Association and California Young Lawyers Association.

Mr. O’Rourke has been a Partner and Director of the Firm since 1993. Mr. O’Rourke regularly represents both insured and self-insured Defendants in a wide variety of liability actions in a statewide practice. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict, and has over 30 years of litigation and trial experience in all Vermont State and Federal Courts. Mr. O’Rourke’s primary practice area is defense litigation representing individuals and businesses in wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, and professional responsibility matters. In addition, he regularly represents clients in employment litigation and construction defect and commercial disputes.

Inemesit U. O'Boyle, a partner in the firm Chehardy Sherman Williams Murray Recile Stakelum & Hayes, LLP, specializes in Complex Litigation and has extensive experience working as both a defense attorney and a plaintiff's attorney. Some of her career highlights include: 2018 Perrin San Francisco Conference Mock Trial winner; serving as lead trial counsel and successfully defending the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office at trial against a former employee who alleged employment discrimination based on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act; and, being an essential part of the legal team representing Louisiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Bernette Johnson. Ms. O'Boyle is a member of many local and national legal organizations such as: the Federal Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute. Ms. O'Boyle has also served as the past president of the Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Society.
