Mr. O’Rourke has been a Partner and Director of the Firm since 1993. Mr. O’Rourke regularly represents both insured and self-insured Defendants in a wide variety of liability actions in a statewide practice. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict, and has over 30 years of litigation and trial experience in all Vermont State and Federal Courts. Mr. O’Rourke’s primary practice area is defense litigation representing individuals and businesses in wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, and professional responsibility matters. In addition, he regularly represents clients in employment litigation and construction defect and commercial disputes.

Inemesit U. O'Boyle, a partner in the firm Chehardy Sherman Williams Murray Recile Stakelum & Hayes, LLP, specializes in Complex Litigation and has extensive experience working as both a defense attorney and a plaintiff's attorney. Some of her career highlights include: 2018 Perrin San Francisco Conference Mock Trial winner; serving as lead trial counsel and successfully defending the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office at trial against a former employee who alleged employment discrimination based on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act; and, being an essential part of the legal team representing Louisiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Bernette Johnson. Ms. O'Boyle is a member of many local and national legal organizations such as: the Federal Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute. Ms. O'Boyle has also served as the past president of the Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Society.

Scott W. O’Sullivan is the founder of The O’Sullivan Law Firm, a seasoned team of Denver personal injury lawyers. Scott previously worked as an insurance company lawyer who defended corporations on a wide range of claims. Eventually, fed up with working for big insurance companies who squeezed injured people out of the money they deserved, Scott made the decision to represent only injury victims and he has never looked back.
