Donika Pentcheva was born and raised in Eastern Europe. Upon completing seventh grade, she arrived in United States where she tested into ninth grade. Thereafter, she obtained degrees in mechanical engineering, software engineering, mathematics, political science, and law.

Manuel A. Peraza is a Cuban American lawyer from Miami, Florida. A graduate from St. Thomas University School of Law, a prestigious Catholic institution. As a law student, he achieved the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Bankruptcy Practice & Externship, a recognition given to top-scoring students in specific law school subjects. Mr. Peraza also had the honor of interning with the United States Department of Justice's U.S Trustee Program, Region 21, in Miami during the Fall semester of 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Political Science, with a Certificate in European Studies, from Florida International University (FIU). Prior to opening Peraza Law, P.A., he served as an attorney for a national litigation firm representing Fortune 500 companies and small-to-mid-size businesses across Florida. He also worked at Florida's largest consumer bankruptcy law firm, representing individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.

Mark H. Perenich was born in Clearwater, Florida in 1956 and is the son of firm-founder, Guy N. Perenich, Esquire. Mark Perenich graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Public Administration in 1981 and a Juris Doctorate in 1984. Following graduation, he joined the firm where he is now a senior partner. Mark received the James Masters Award in 1981 and the American Jurisprudence Award in Wills & Estates and Corporations in 1983. Mr. Perenich is Adjunct Professor, teaching Business and Corporate Law at St. Petersburg College.
