She has handled in and out of court cases involving child support, property division/equitable distribution, alimony/spousal support, divorce, divorce from bed and board, attorneys fees, domestic violence, adoptions, termination of parental rights, wills, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and living wills, name changes, paternity actions, incompetency proceedings and emancipation cases. Martha believes that settling your case through written Agreements is often the best alternative, but will take the appropriate case to court with you as a team member. Martha has volunteered in numerous settings over the years, giving her time to family law clinics, mock trial competitions, disability, mortgage foreclosure and citizenship clinics. Martha is a trained Stephen Minister--that training allows her to listen to you in an informed and caring fashion. She is a devoted mother of three wonderful children and several grandchildren.
