Carly Krasner Leizerson practices in all areas of matrimonial and family law including high conflict financial cases, child custody, relocation, child support modification actions, and the negotiation of prenuptial and separation agreements. She has also appeared before the Federal Courts in actions brought pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction. A litigator by training, she is a zealous advocate for her clients. Her deep understanding of the unique emotional and financial challenges facing families and individuals during the separation and divorce process allows her to find creative out-of-court solutions whenever possible, and her litigation background provides her with the tools and experience to aggressively litigate cases through trial and appeals, when necessary. Beginning in 2018, Carly has been recognized by her peers in Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in the areas of matrimonial and family law, and in 2019, she was recognized by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys as a “Top 10 Under 40”. Prior to joining the Firm, Carly was an associate at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, where she practiced matrimonial and family law. Carly received her law degree, cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2012, where she was the Symposium and Submissions Editor of the Pace International Law Review. Carly is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Christopher has practiced law for over 20 years and exclusively in family law for over 15 years. He is greatly respected throughout the state and have received numerous awards and recognitions for his work in family law. His practice areas include divorce, legal separation, annulment, child custody and placement, child support, alimony/maintenance, same-sex divorces, marital property agreements and grandparent visitation rights. Christopher is a leading authority on same-sex divorce in Wisconsin. He has taught Sexual Orientation and the Law at Marquette University Law School for over 10 years; he has written numerous published legal articles on the topic; has presented lawyers and judges regarding the unique legal issues involving same-sex divorce; and is the lead author of the book, Sexual Orientation and the Law in Wisconsin.

Sherri L. Krueger is a partner at Krueger, Juelich & Schmisek PLLC in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Sherri's representation of her clients is family focused and based on practical problem-solving approaches to best position her clients for outcomes aligning with their interests and goals. Sherri is a strong and diligent advocate in negotiation and settlement as well as in court. Sherri believes that a family is still a family, even when living in two different homes. With this focus, she strives to help her clients achieve an outcome that focuses on the long-term impact, as well as the short-term impact the dispute will have on all family members.
