Ben Moore has devoted his legal career to protecting the physical safety and financial security of his clients and their families. A skilled and aggressive advocate, Ben began his career as a domestic violence prosecutor in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he helped deliver justice to hundreds of survivors of physical, verbal and emotional abuse. Ben is a seasoned negotiator and litigator who brings the toughness and empathy he developed as an Assistant District Attorney to his matrimonial and family law practice, which has been his primary focus area since 2014. During his career, Ben has developed a keen understanding of the psychological elements of litigation and negotiation. For instance, Ben knows you never back down to the demands of a bully or a narcissist. Ben believes the best lawyers always stand up for their clients, especially when the going is hardest. Widely regarded as an expert in domestic violence issues, Ben serves on the Domestic Violence Committees of the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section and the New York City Bar, where he has lectured on issues relating to power dynamics and coercive control, and he is frequently brought on as a consultant by other attorneys in cases involving domestic violence. Ben is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Jewish Lawyers Guild. Prior to founding the Firm, Ben practiced at three of Manhattan’s premier family and matrimonial law firms, including Cohen Clair Lans Greifer Thorpe & Rottenstreich LLP, where he worked numerous cases alongside industry legends Robert Stephan Cohen and Bernard E. Clair, and Rower LLC, where he was a partner. Ben received his B.A. magna cum laude from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2000 and is proficient in Hebrew. In 2007, he graduated Order of the Barristers from Brooklyn Law School, where he has served as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy since 2014.

Ms. Morales is a homegrown resident of Southern Maryland, who graduated from Hood College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University- Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. During law school, Ms. Morales focused her time on gaining real experience and trial practice, specifically by working for the Honorable Shayne Sexton, extending in the Jefferson County Public Defender’s Office, examining case law as a Legal Research Assistant, and leading the Mock Trial Team. After law school, Ms. Morales returned to Maryland and began a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Joseph M. Stanalonis in St. Mary’s County Circuit Court. She later went on to also clerk for the Honorable H. James West in Charles County Circuit Court. Ms. Morales is a Member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Charles County Bar Association, Prince George’s County Bar Association, Calvert County Bar Association, and St. Mary’s Bar Association. Additionally, Ms. Morales is a Court-Appointed Child Best Interest Attorney and Child Privilege Attorney in Calvert County, Prince George’s County, and St. Mary’s County. Ms. Morales is currently admitted in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court of Maryland. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Morgan's undergraduate studies were completed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Spanish and International Studies, with a concentration in Latin America Anthropology. Ms. Morgan received her Juris Doctor from the Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. Ms. Morgan is a graduate of the Furman University Diversity Leadership Institute. Ms. Morgan has been the head of the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce Hispanic Development Committee, a member of Greenville Technical College’s Northwest Campus Advisory Board, a member of the Greenville County Human Relations Commissions Board, a member of the Hispanic Alliance legal committee, Upstate Global Professional Committee for the International Center, a member of Greenville Womens Giving and other community and charity organizations. Ms. Morgan is also the Chairman of the Board for Hispanic Alliance and a Board Member for the Upstate Fatherhood Coalition.

Sandra Morris is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Nicholas A. Cipriani Family Law American Inn of Courts (Philadelphia County), American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Bucks County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Montgomery Bar Association. Ms. Morris is a seasoned trial attorney and no stranger to the court room. With well over a decade of experience in the area of Family Law including but not limited to divorce actions, analysis of complex financial portfolios for equitable distribution, property disputes, and child custody/support matters. She has helped hundreds of clients through some of the most difficult times in their life ranging from divorce, child custody and support/alimony. Ms. Morris also practices in the area of Personal Injury and Real Estate transaction. Ms. Morris graduated from Widener School of Law, winning numerous awards for her outstanding performance in trial advocacy competitions. She also served as a Board Member on the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. She is a formidable adversary, who does not back down when advocating for her clients.
