An aggressive litigator, Karina Perez Ilic has diverse expertise in civil litigation including catastrophic workplace accidents, contracts, commercial disputes, premises liability, and Tampa motor vehicle accidents. She is not afraid to be a fierce advocate for clients who have been wronged or injured. A Florida native, she ventured to New Orleans to receive her bachelor’s degree in business law with a minor in French language at Tulane University. She continued her legal education in New Orleans, graduating from Loyola University in 2010 cum laude. Attorney Karina Perez Ilic is a member of the Florida State Bar and is admitted to practice in both the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District. Attorney Ilic is an active member of the state and local bar, she was elected Program Director for the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association (TBTLA) in 2023. In 2022 Attorney Ilic was selected by the National Trial Lawyers Association for being a premier Civil Plaintiff Attorney with inclusion in their Top 100. As lead trial counsel for her client, she earned one of the top 100 jury verdicts in Florida for the year 2021. Carlos Perez-Hall is a Partner of the firm and a member of its Board of Directors. He Co-heads the firms' Landlord/Tenant division and is responsible for the Firm's practice in Bronx County. He represents a range of property owners who own units subject to various regulations, including but not limited to the rent stabilization code, the rent control law, and various affordable housing programs. His clients range from residential and commercial properties, low income tax developments, supportive housing programs, Mitchell-Lama Cooperatives, Housing Development Finance Corporations, free market cooperatives and condo’s as well as small unregulated properties. He is intimately familiar with the various forms of section 8, city/state government subsidies. Most recently, he has helped his clients navigate the newly enacted Good Cause Eviction Law. Mr. Perez-Hall also defends property owners against lawsuits and code infractions issued by various administrative agencies in New York State and City, such as the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the Department of Housing and Community Renewal, and the Department of Buildings. He is a member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association (PRBA) was the 58th President of the PRBA. He is also a member of the Bronx Bar Association and currently serves on its Judiciary Committee. Over his 8 years as Chair of the PRBA Judiciary Committee, Mr. Perez-Hall served on various judiciary committees and special task forces for the City Bar, New York State Bar, and (as a representative of the PRBA) several NYS Democratic Party judicial screening panels for Civil and Supreme Court. In 2025, Mr. Perez-Hall was appointed to the Housing Advisory Council for the 3rd time; (prior terms: 2013-2015 & 2019-2021). The Council is responsible for screening candidates who seek to be appointed as a Judge in the Housing Court of New York City as well as screening sitting Housing Court Judges who are seeking re appointment to the bench. Mr. Perez-Hall is also a former member of the Character and Fitness Committee for the First Department where he interviewed individuals seeking admission to the Bar.

Floyd Perkins, CPA, is a partner with over 27 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has successfully litigated hundreds of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, healthcare recoupment, probate and commercial cases. Floyd has practiced in state and federal court, including the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Area of Practice: Government Law Patrise M. Perkins-Hooker is the Interim City Attorney for Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining the City, she was the Administrative Partner at Johnson & Freeman, LLC. She rejoined the firm after distinguished service as the County Attorney for Fulton County, Georgia. Prior to joining Fulton County, she served as the Vice President and General Counsel for the Atlanta BeltLine Inc. for six years. She is a former partner with the law firm of Hollowell, Foster & Gepp, PC, where she oversaw the Commercial Real Estate Group. She was a former Managing Partner of Johnson, Freeman & Perkins-Hooker. She also owned her own law firm for over 10 years. Perkins-Hooker is an honors graduate of Georgia Tech and received her graduate JD and MBA degrees from Emory University Law and Business Schools. She was admitted to the Bar in 1984. She has served as the Chair of the City of Atlanta’s Board of Zoning Adjustment and Chair of the Emory Business School Alumni Association. She is currently the Chair of the Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless Board and a member of the John Marshall Board of Directors. She has also received numerous honors for her service to the legal profession and the community, including being inducted into the Gate City Bar Association’s Hall of Fame, being presented the Leah Ward Sears Service to the Profession Award by the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, being presented an Honorary degree from the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, being presented the Eleonoré Raoul Greene Trailblazer Award from Emory University Law School and being presented the George A. Pindar Award for Lifetime Service to the Real Property profession. She was also the recipient of the Randolph Thrower Lifetime Achievement Award from the State Bar of Georgia's Commitment to Equality Committee in 2022 and a recipient of the George A. Pindar Award for Lifetime service to the Real Property profession for 2020. She has also received the Phoenix Award from a previous Mayor of Atlanta. She has also been selected as one of the 500 Most Powerful Leaders in Atlanta in the Governmental and Politics Arena by Atlanta Magazine (2021-2024) and she was honored by the Fulton County Daily Report for running one of the Top In-House Law firms in Georgia in 2019.
