Kelsey Nicolaisen is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass, where she practices on the firm’s Premises Liability Team. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Beverly Hills Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, she represented corporate and individual clients in a wide array of civil law matters related to business torts, breach of contract disputes, personal injury claims, malpractice, employment and housing law matters, and workers' compensation claims. She also discreetly represented clients in high-profile divorce litigations where spousal support, child support, child custody, division of property, and post judgment issues are amplified by the fact that clients or client's spouse had substantial income, investments, real property, or intellectual property. Ms. Nicolaisen received her JD from Southwestern Law School and her BA in Communication, Business, & Sociology from the University of Southern California. During law school she was the recipient of the Zimring Memorial Scholarship and the president of the International Law Society.

Russell has focused his legal practice in the areas of bankruptcy and personal injury in Wisconsin and Minnesota. This focused approach allows him to provide clients with knowledgeable and effective representation while maintaining the personal attention they deserve. Russell has personally handled hundreds of cases from start to finish. He has appeared in courtrooms (including trials), settlement conferences, depositions, arbitrations, mediations and hearings across Wisconsin and Minnesota. While Russell handles only bankruptcy and injury issues today, he has years of experience in real estate litigation, contract litigation, family law and criminal law, which has given him a unique perspective on how other areas of law may impact his clients' personal injury or bankruptcy cases. Russell received his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law (WMCL). Prior to attending law school, Russell received his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point (USWP), where he majored in business administration and political science with a minor in history.
