Ms. Ortega is a Miami-native with deep roots in the Hispanic community. After graduating from Saint Brendan High School in 2005, Ms. Ortega enrolled in Florida International Universitywhere she was an active member of the Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor Society and the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. Ms. Ortega graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Biological Sciences. After working at Goldberg & Rosen, P.A. for several years, she attended law school at the University of Miami Law School, she joined the firm as an associate handling complex litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability cases. Ms. Ortega is an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In December of 2017, Ms. Ortega passed the United States Patent and Trademark Office Bar Exam and is currently heading up the new Intellectual Property practice at Goldberg & Rosen.

Rachael Ortiz is an owner and general counsel of Meridian Title Company and Meridian Exchange, Inc. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science and Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah she worked as an associate attorney in the corporate transactions section at Dentons Durham Jones & Pinegar. Making the transition to the real estate industry and part owner Meridian has been a natural fit for her to leverage her educational and professional experience. This extensive experience now provides daily benefit on transactions for her employees and customers alike. Rachael is the current serving President of the Utah Land Title Association and has a passion for working with the Association and the State legislative body for creating and passing valuable legislation for the industry. When not solving transactional problems, she and her husband love chasing down their 6-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl and 2 twin puppies.

Simeon J. Osborn has developed a powerful track record in personal injury litigation. He has tried dozens of jury trials and settled hundreds of cases, achieving multi million dollar results for his clients. Mr. Osborn is admitted to practice in Washington State and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. After growing up in the Seattle area, Mr. Osborn received his B.A. from Whitman College and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Osborn was a member of the Whitman College Board of Overseers and is currently on the President’s Advisory Board. He also serves on the Board of the “W” Club. An active member of his community, Mr. Osborn has served on the Board of Trustees for the Kirkland Boys and Girls Club and the Seattle University Law School Alumni Board. He is President of the Kirkland Merchants select baseball club, an organization which he founded to benefit local youth.
