Employment Law Mr. Spalter graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992, and received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1989. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Spalter has concentrated his practice in the field of labor and employment law. Over the years, Mr. Spalter has represented a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to individuals employed in numerous industries and professions within the private and public sectors. Mr. Spalter has litigated throughout the State of Florida, and is a member of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Spalter has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law since 2002, and was inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 2013.

Robert Sparks and trial partner, Chris Codling, obtained the largest jury verdict in a pedestrian injury case in Hillsborough County history – an award of $30 million which was recognized as one of the largest verdicts in America in 2017. This record-setting verdict came on the heels of various other million dollar litigation and settlements, marking Robert as one of the youngest top trial attorneys in the nation to obtain such an accomplishment.

Phillip Sparks is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. He grew up in Southern California and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Thereafter, he attended the University of Southern California to receive his Juris Doctorate. Following law school, he worked in various law firms with the practice areas of Criminal law, Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Collections. He also had management positions in a number of telecommunications companies. In 2008, he began his journey in special education law. He has been part of the faculty of the National Business Institute, lecturing on subjects in Special Education Law.
