David S. Shor, Esq. is a Founding Partner of the law firm, Salem, Shor & Saperstein, LLP. His areas of practice include: Trust and Estates, Elder Law, Special Needs and Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Collections, Guardianships, and Real Estate matters. Mr. Shor focuses his practice in the Five Boroughs of New York, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties. Mr. Shor received his undergraduate Degree from Yeshiva University and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is admitted to the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.

As a former Deputy District Attorney, Jason became a skilled trial attorney, trying over 160 cases. Jason also gained experience by working as an intern in the United States Attorney’s Office in Portland where he tried cases in Federal Court. Additionally, Jason gave several trainings on search and seizure law to new police officers and sheriff’s deputies and can now apply this valuable knowledge to his clients faced with similar legal issues. After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Jason opened his own law practice and successfully grew the practice by earning the respect of judges and attorneys throughout the region.
