E. Gary Beddingfield, Jr. has been practicing law in the Augusta and surrounding areas since 1996. After graduating from law school, he had the privilege of working with his father, local attorney Elwyn G. Beddingfield, Sr. Early in his legal career, he was taught to ALWAYS be prepared and NEVER get outworked. Practicing in the area of Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation his entire career, Gary has secured millions of dollars for his clients through settlements and verdicts. Gary attended Georgia Southern University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 1994. Gary then attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, graduating in December 1996 with a Juris Doctorate. Until receiving his Bar exam results, and beginning his practice in July 1997, Gary worked as a caddie at the Augusta National Golf Club. In addition to a busy practice in the area of Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation, Gary also serves as an Associate Municipal Court Judge in Waynesboro, Wrens and Stapleton, Georgia. He is active in his community and has participated as a business partner with the Harlem Middle School’s School Council and was honored to be asked to serve as a mentor/coach for Harlem High School’s very first mock trial team.

Served on the Board of Directors South Charleston Area Development Corporation; Board of Directors, South Charleston Convention and Visitors Bureau; served on the Board of Directors, West Virginia Brain Injury Association; Past President West Virginia Brain Injury Association; served on the Board of Directors of the National Brain Injury Association; President\'s Council for National Brain Injury Association; Past Chairman of the Development Committee for the National Head Injury Foundation. Presently, serves on the Board of Directors of the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. Elected to Outstanding Young Men of America. Speaks throughout the country on legal issues and funding issues confronting the traumatically brain injured individuals and their families. Mr. Bee has also taught at the University of Florida as an adjunct professor in their professional certification programs.

Emily J. Beeson is passionate about achieving justice for injured people. Her work has centered on pursuing claims against major medical device manufacturers on behalf of individuals injured by dangerous products. Both in the multidistrict litigation (MDL) and individual settings, Emily has a successful track record of defeating defense motions and effectively resolving her clients’ claims. As the lead attorney for workers’ compensation at Ward Black Law, Emily also advocates for individuals who have been injured in the workplace. In order to truly understand the impact that an injury has on a client’s life, Emily feels it is important to forge a meaningful connection with them. She believes that this understanding is key to zealous advocacy for her clients. Emily is a native of High Point and graduated from Guilford College before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law. At Elon Law she was awarded a Presidential Scholarship reserved for students demonstrating extraordinary academic achievement, exceptional character, commitment to service, and leadership. Emily is licensed by the State Bar of North Carolina, and is admitted to practice before all North Carolina Federal Courts.
