Christelle C. Beck is dedicated to her clients and assures that their legal rights are adamantly protected. She has over 18 years of civil litigation experience with an emphasis in Family Law and Employment Law. Christelle primarily focuses her practice in Family Law, International Family Law and Civil Litigation. Christelle has a diverse background giving her a unique perspective in her practice. Upon graduation from law school, she became a prosecutor for the City of San Diego. She moved to Colorado in 1993, setting up a successful private practice in Boulder, Colorado prior to her move to London, England in 2003. After obtaining her Master\'s Degree in Diplomatic Studies with Distinction, she had the opportunity to work as a Legal Officer in the Department of Civil Administration for the United Nations in Kosovo. Christelle has used her international experience teaching International Law as an adjunct professor with the University of Denver Sturm School of Law School and with international clients who have special legal issues relating to Family Law. Christelle is licensed to practice in California, Colorado and is on the Roll of Solicitors for England and Wales.

Attorney Eric F. Becker has been practicing law in California for over 25 years. He is licensed to practice law in two states and has over 15 years in managerial experience. This includes running his own law offices, providing guidance and wisdom to associate attorneys, and leading a staff with multitudes of people working relentlessly to fulfill your legal demands. Mr. Becker has received a plethora of awards in the legal field, but his true passion never changes: to provide his clients with successful results.

Diane is the founder of Becker Law. She was born in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert and Patricia Becker. She has one son, Cole Ashton Becker, a basketball star. She attended Kent State University graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 1989. During her undergraduate years, she participated in the Amigos de las Americas program spending an extended time in the countryside of Paraguay and Ecuador providing basic health services in the local communities through their Ministries of Health. Diane moved to Raleigh in 1989 and enrolled in North Carolina Central University’s School of Law in 1990. She was awarded the North Carolina Bar Association’s Scholarship that same year. She graduated with a juris doctorate degree cum laude in 1993. That year she was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar, the District and Superior Courts of North Carolina, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. She then opened Becker Law in the Raleigh Building on the corner of Fayetteville and Hargett Streets. In 1998, she moved the firm to Woman’s Club Drive and Glenwood Avenue, just inside the Beltline, where it remained until 2004. At that time, the firm decided to make a more permanent move to Creedmoor Road, just north of the Crabtree Valley Mall, where it remains today. Diane’s practice has encompassed a wide variety of practice areas over the years but most recently her concentrations have settled into real estate related matters, estate administrations and planning, personal injury, and business transactions. Diane was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 2006. She is a member of the Wake County Bar Association, the 10th Judicial District Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. She is also a member of the Litigation, Construction, Business, and Real Property Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association as well as the Zoning, Planning & Land Use Section. In addition, she has been an instructor of broker law classes for the Howard Perry & Walston Real Estate School and a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Danielle Becker was drawn to elder law after her grandmother needed the services of an elder law attorney for estate and Medicaid planning. Danielle was so impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable the elder law attorneys were, she decided she wanted to help others in the same way by attending law school at Hofstra University. There she focused her studies on elder law and estate planning. Prior to joining Ettinger Law Firm, Danielle began her elder law career representing clients in guardianship matters, probate and estate administrations, and estate litigation. Ms. Becker also drafted estate planning documents including wills, trusts and advanced directives. Her experience handling these matters led her to the conclusion that individuals and families should be proactive by planning for their futures to diminish the need for the lengthy, costly and emotionally trying court proceedings. This drew Danielle to Ettinger Law Firm, a law firm whose values mirror her own. Ms. Becker is a Nassau County native and currently resides in Nassau County.
